19:40 yess!! thats it, im nearly 37 and have dramatically changed my mentality on food, i eat vegan keto and every food i buy is carefully selected for my body, not my taste buds. Our bodies are the home that we live in everywhere we go and our powerless bodies usually suffer with our emotional food desisions. The best thing we can do is love and appreciate our bodies with best knowledge we have currently. self care is everything
Keep going luv - you probably won’t notice much the first few weeks, it takes time. Don’t avoid snacking - in between meals you can have things like fruit, vege sticks, yoghurt, nuts, even a couple of cheese & crackers. So don’t deprive yourself. Add veges wherever you can, some spinach & spring onions in with your scrambled eggs is gorgeous, maybe cherry tomato cut up & some fetta. Avo on toast is great, add some capsicum or tomato. Add some berries with your breakfast, banana even. Try & cut down on processed food, much cheaper & healthier to make it yourself & you can freeze leftovers. Those ready made meals are a good stand by for the freezer but don’t eat them all the time, they are so expensive, save yourself some cash 👍🏻 Proud of you x
I read the “Wicked” book, which was fantastic. The stage show had a completely different ending, so I was disappointed…I’ll wait for the film to be on Sky. I loved that you showed some products. Might be a good idea leading up to Christmas to show a different product per day. And I always say breakfast, lunch and dinner. My mum always says breakfast, dinner and tea ❤
Hi Georgina , in regards to keeping hydrated , water in its own will mostly pass straight through you and not get absorbed into your body . If you add a couple of CELTIC SALT crystals to your water , it has all the minerals you need and helps the body pull the water in keeping you hydrated better hope this helps xx
Breakfast Lunch and Dinner .Never eat after 7pm .Drink litte of water in morning before breakfast.Cut carbs .Soup is great .Get butternut squash and bag of mixed vegetables from Aldi .Put all in slow cooker or multicooker just add vegetable stock cubes. Beautiful quick soup. Love your range of oils and Ancient .Would Love to buy some.
Another tip don't weigh weekly every two weeks on a Monday . Honestly it's best thing I ever done was start these meds . Been hard at times but it's working so well for me x
I didnt care to see Wicked either, dont know much about it, but, everyone Ive seen post about it loves it!! So I figured I would. Cant wait to see Robbie's film. I follow him closely on social media and have done for some time. Hes so transparent, and hes soooo funny!!!
Georgina, I just heard you mention heartburn. I was getting terrible heartburn/acid reflux each day and half my family are taking Omerprazole, its a game changer, it slows down the acid production in your stomach, and now I can eat everything again, I couldnt eat fruit at all, now I can.
One of my staple meals right now is cottage cheese, strawberries, grapes, mandarins, nuts and seeds. I eat it as a meal, to help balance out what I eat later in the day. I did not like fruit until the age of 51!!! I got used to after fasting and now I miss it if I don’t eat it.
If it’s your time of the month, any weight gain (or weight not lost) is likely due to water retention. I usually gain about 4/5 pounds when I’m premenstrual. Keep going - you’re doing really well! Xx
ive just bought 6 xmas cushion covers for the first time ever i agree with you whats the point for 1 month lol but thought id give it a go this year and they look pretty nice xx

Maybe you should try some firm tofu, its delicious. Much healthier than Quorn. You can make so many different things with it. You can use it in a stir fried, you can also shred the tofu or crumble it and use it as the meat in a bolognese and so on. Use dark soy sauce if you dont want it white. You can even make healthy dessert or smoothie using silken tofu. There are so many recipes online 🙂

I have never seen Wicked, I just know the songs, but I'm also not interested in the movie either. I'm also not a big fan of Ariana Grande so that doesn't even give me an incentive to watch it either.
It's actually not a bad idea to weigh yourself every day because you naturally fluctuate every day. If you only do it say once a week, then you can place too much emphasis on that day's figure and it might just be you had too many carbs the night before and you're just holding a bit more water, even though you've lost fat.

I’m south United States (Louisiana) and it’s always been breakfast, lunch, and then dinner. Some people here also call dinner supper.
Breakfast, dinner, and supper. Before bed snack was called lunch. 🙂 British/Irish heritage.
I always avoid orange juice when calorie counting.. it's more calorific than you think and doesn't fill you up. Keep your calories for food I would.
I'm on similar to monjaro it's called rybelsus , I've now lost 64lbs in just over 3 months , keep going xx

I drink a lot of tea. Always have since childhood. Used to have tea in teacup and saucer as a child.
