"conspiracy theory" is a made up CIA term to dismiss those that don't conform to propaganda narratives. People conspire all the time. The 2 people in this video conspired to deceive their audience with illogical and nonscientific nonsense. The video starts by poisoning the well which is usually a great indicator that bullshit and lies will follow. In this case the indictation was accurate.
The point is not to ignore anything that sounds scary, it's to be courageous in the face of fear because of your faith. The truth is often very scary but, "lucky you", you don't have to worry about being afraid because you know a "conspiracy theory" when you hear one. That's sarcasm by the way. Shadow angles indicate short light source radius. 3. Questions of whether one could fly through the VA belts without being killed. 4. She sent me the video and I listened to the whole thing. At one point Henry Richter PhD from Jet Propulsion Laboratories said very clearly that, "it took several days for the balloon to get to the moon." I thought it was awesome because God said he placed the Sun and the Moon in the firmament, not that he placed the moon 238,000 miles away and placed the sun 93 million miles away and yet on a cloudy day, the sun looks exactly the same size as a full moon. Anyway, I didn't know how to download a video back then so I asked someone to download the little gem for me. Over several weeks, he never got around to it but I didn't know. Over those same weeks, I kept going back to the video at the 04:07 timestamp and transcribing it for others and providing the link so they could see it for themselves. Finally, one day weeks later, my friend's mom must have forgotten that she had already sent the video and sent it again. That evening I replied and told her I had watched it and that I thought she should watch it again and to pay special attention to the 04:07 mark. I also quoted what was said in case she missed it (again) So, that night, I went to bed and when I awoke early the next morning something told me to check the video so I did. At about 7:30 am, the video had been edited and the clip at timestamp 04:07 had been removed. The video was under the same link, just as it had always been, but they altered it without saying a word in the middle of the night. What if Henry Richter was trying to actually tell the truth? How did my friend's mom get the video changed overnight? Why couldn't I find any trace of the video when I spent 3-5 hours searching for it in every way I could possibly think to try (including the Wayback machine and every other alternative to it)? Now, that, to me, was/and still is very scary.
There's a Van Allen radiation belt in our atmosphere so it would be impossible for anyone to fly beyond that part of the atmosphere . All our flights, planes, rockets, satellites are all in what is called low earth orbit area

The issue isn't whether or not conspiracies exist, the issue is whether or not all conspiracy theories are correct, and how to analyze them. And people who cherry pick select data and only present evidence that they can manipulate in a way that makes it appear to support their position and reject any evidence or observation that does not are dishonest.
The one problem that has been bugging me about globers is their insistence that the atmosphere turns with the Earth. First of all, what mechanism holds the atmosphere to the Earth? Gravity you say? Okay, then how come the air can move in all directions in our common experience? If the atmosphere turns with the Earth, if it is so tethered that It moves with the turn of the Earth, then how can it move in any other direction other than with the turn of the Earth? Every time I have ever stirred a cup of coffee in a mug the liquid always goes in only one direction, the direction of my agitation. Secondly, it never goes faster than my agitation. Yet if you're a glober you must insist that the atmosphere high up is going faster than at the surface of the Earth because it has to keep up with the spin of the earth and that means more speed higher up. How does the atmosphere move faster than the agitation that turns it? Lastly, how in the world does an airplane traveling north and south either lose sideways speed or gain sideways speed depending on the direction it's traveling? At the North Pole the sideways component is almost nil. At the equator it's over a thousand miles an hour. How does the plane gain this alleged sideways speed of the atmosphere heading to the equator from the north pole? How does it lose that sideways speed going the opposite direction? Wouldn't planes flying from the north pole to the equator have to turn westwardly into the atmosphere in order to fly straight south? Why is it that they don't have to do this in reality?
If a ball in a swimming pool constantly spins eventually the water will spin with it. It can still move all around from different forces but its rest state flows with the ball. Air is much lighter than water. It’s much easier to manipulate and things like temperature, evaporation, astral phenomena like radiation from the sun have major effects on its movement.

But you guys have this body of air spinning around the Earth due to the agitation of the earth turning below it and tell us that temperature fluctuations cause high pressure and low pressure and movements of air in addition to all the forces that might be outside the earth you mentioned. But if you have air moving at a thousand miles an hour at the equator, at least close to the ground, and some outside force causes the air to stop turning with the Earth butt instead to, say, rise then that air is instantly replaced with other air and depending on the temperature variations and how high the air might rise, or from how high the air might fall that's filling in the space, you could have some whopping clashes of air near the ground! Air that rises due to an outside force is plainly not moving in the same direction as the air turning with the Earth, and therefore unable to keep pace with the Earth turning below it. Only the air next to the ground will receive the full effect of the Earth's agitation upon it.

Why would Buzz Aldrin and Neil Armstrong go along with the deception? Were they not patriots trying to advance America? Sure, I do think they had good intentions, but you know what road is paved with those. There were a group of astronauts hired/selected called "Mercury 7" then they got "The Next Nine". Buzz and Neil were in the nine and trained with the seven. In the seven was a man named Gus Grissom. Gus wasn't scared to tell the truth. He was famous for hanging a lemon on the side of the capsule. After that embarrassing issue, there was an accident the ended Gus's life along with Ed White and Roger Chaffee. So even if that was an accident, if I were Buzz and Neil, I would at least ponder the consequences of going against the narrative. The perception could have been their lives were in danger even if they survive the low earth orbit pantomime.

If the earth is flat then there is a whole lot of new science i need to learn in order to understand just how they all work after spending my life personally observing conditions concerning a spherical earth that made complete sense to me. I have to unlearn it all and take on this new knowledge that im not sure anybody can explain.

Measurements, math and just seeing things are not science. You don't need to learn anything new, just drop the pseudoscience that says an imaginary mathematical model about a spherical earth derived from angles taken from a flat earth is reified in reality.
I'm talking about the observable with my own eyes science involving a spherical earth traveling through space around another spherical object, the sun, that spins on an axis as it travels, about 23.5 degree tilt, that causes the seasons. I have personally witnessed how the angle of the sun changes daily and comes back to the same place every 365.25 days . I have a certain marked place on the planet where every summer solstice I can personally observe this phenomena. Very often in the course of the year I observe sunrises and sunsets that can only occur the way they do with a spherical earth with atmosphere that is spherical as well. I recently was able to personally observe a total eclipse of the sun and saw what a sunrise and sunset would more likely look like with a flat earth. On a flat earth the sunset would go from quite bright skies with sun beams shining to almost complete darkness in about a minute and a half. Maybe even less. I haven't even begun to hear any kind of rational explanation behind how the ' seasons ' would operate with a flat earth. My whole life of over 60 years I have observed how the moon is most definitely a spherical object far out in space and lit up by the sun which is even much farther out in space. I personally observe the lighting of a spherical moon in relation to illumination source. I have personally, many times, observed the planet Saturn with my own eyes through telescopes and observed the ring around it that clearly shows me that particular round dot of light is indeed a spherical object. With all these spherical objects orbiting around others in space why should the earth be any different.

Orbital motions need a flat earth as the plane of reference. All of cartography is based on asuming the earth a flat plane in order to get elevation angles from it. There's no debate, earth is measured flat, and the space vaccuum is a violation of the 2nd law of thermodynamics as gas fills space and needs containment for pressure, end of story.
IF we are on a globe that is spinning a 1000 mph... then, why do the moon and stars cross the sky at the same speed. Just google timelapse of the moon and find one with stars in it, there are plenty to choose from. Stationary objects seen from a moving object appear to move in direct proportion to their distance from the moving object, but they arent, they all cross the sky at the same speed.

The Van Allen belt is porous, this was determined by previous probes sent to the Moon. Yes the radiation was very dangerous but was manageable in the paths taken to the Moon.

I liked Dr. Carter's analysis of population growth when I saw it years ago. He demonstrates clearly with that why the earth cannot be very old simply due to the population that now exists on the earth. That said, he's a creationist and while that puts him into a more biblical view, all Creationists stop short of fully embracing what the Bible says about cosmology. The Bible clearly states the earth does not move several times. So for the Bible being geocentric there can be no debate. If the Earth doesn't move, then the heavens clearly move around the earth. However, I think the Bible further describes the earth as flat and so is also a flat earth book. I see creationists being like children that don't want to jump into the water but are content with merely dabbling their toes in it. Such is Dr. Carter's position. The rest of the water is a conspiracy theory to them; yet, all the water is a conspiracy to the evolutionists. Creationists just do not go deep enough into the biblical truth about cosmology and they see themselves better than the crazy geocentrists and especially flat earthers. The scientific evidence of mudfossils around the world is ignored by creationists as well. But that story is in the Bible also.

What I would say about that is that on the one hand we're talking about the earth and that it's established that it cannot move. On the other we're speaking of the righteous. As in righteous people. We're not told in the same way that the righteous are "firmly established" as the verses speak of the Earth so my take on your question is something similar to the modern English. Can a person not change his mind, or be convinced to change his mind by a bad actor? If so, has he not been moved from his position? Likewise, I believe it could be that the righteous are protected from moving into unrighteousness by the Lord. Like the impossibility of fooling the elect, as the Bible says, it could be here that the righteous will always know righteousness. 2nd Samuel 2:8 speaks of the Earth being placed on pillars. Psalms 19:5 and 6 speak of the Sun being like a bridegroom and running his race. Ecclesiastes 1:5 also speaks of the Sun moving. On top of that you have Joshua chapter 10 verses 12 and 13 where in the Sun and the Moon are both stopped in their motions. If those verses can be replaced by an understanding of the Earth moving and then being stopped, what would that have to do with the moon being stopped? I think you have to take it at face value that both the Sun and Moon were stopped in their respective motions. Of course the Bible says that the Earth is firmly established and shall not be moved in several verses. Notably, Psalms 93:1, Psalms 96:10, and Psalms 104:5. By not accepting these verses that face value you place a mask over the plain reading of the text. And no amount of PhD-ism is going to be adequate to cover up that plain meaning. However, it is a term that is regularly used to indicate the majority. However, just because the majority believe it doesn't mean it's right. At the time of Galileo, the accepted science of the day was that the sun orbited the earth. This was not just a religious position held by the church, but the position held by academia. A no point in history did the church or academia teach that the earth is flat.

Even captured photos of footprints bigger than mine. I believe I've even heard one talk. So what are they? Could they be spiritual? By the way, I've always been fascinated by bigfoot. Hi. I commented early about Bigfoot. I believe in the possibility of an unknown primate/ape kind living in North America. And honestly there seems to be a good amount of evidence to support that. As far as a spiritual aspect to them or connection with aliens, nah. They're just an animal.

Well the Bible does talk about the 4 corners of the Earth. It mentions the firmament. I don't recall the Bible mentioning that the world is a globe or a circular object anywhere. Though I could have missed it.

Here's another easy way you can prove the earth is NOT flat, merely by using your eyes: HAD it been flat, you would have been able to see space in a thin horizon between the clouds and the earth surface by looking parallel from anywhere you are standing on the surface of the flat earth, all around you. Even if it is overcast with clouds. Since cloud ceiling are always above the ground. So you would have seen a thin blue sky line color during the day and the stars at night slightly elevated over the horizon all around you in the far distant flat earth! But, in stead, what we see on a cloudy day is cloud ceiling meeting the earth surface on the horizon, MEANING the earth has to be curved and not flat.This is so logical!

When Dr Carter says that if we ignore traditional teaching on the shape of the Earth, that we've known since antiquity that the Earth is round, we do so at our peril, he's totally ignoring the fact the ancient Hebrews, Egyptians, Indians, etc., etc. and yes, even the Greeks all believed in the flat earth. That is why those cultures all had their own versions of the flat earth model. @jennasiide While it is true that age doesn't guarantee accuracy, old beliefs shouldn't be discarded out of hand just because they are old. That's a modern arrogance that achieves nothing. The source at the beginning of a long rumor chain is certainly more to be trusted than the end. There are many mysteries involved in ancient writings to which I do not pretend to perfectly fathom. @jennasiide No one has ever proven the rotation of the Earth, or any other motion of it. Nor the curvature of it. And certainly no one has seen the earth as a globe. All examples of that you can point to are fraudulent composite images, cheap clipart insertions, or paintings. They're are never true photographs. And even NASA will never say that they are. So why is that? That honest people, religious people, or just plain good people have been fooled is a shame. They might not be lying intentionally because they truly believe what they say. So you're right in that we shouldn't label them with the same category as those in the know. That said, you can bet your bottom dollar NASA is in the know and lying.

There are different types of proof; forensic proof, eyewitness proof, chemical proof in a lab, circumstantial evidence and inductive proof. For me, the most compelling proof that men did not walk on the Moon in 1969 is scientific proof, i.e. the scientific method. With that method, first a hypothesis, a scientific guess is proposed, which in this case was Kennedy's challenge to put men on the Moon within nine years of his announcement. The next step in the scientific process is to conduct experiments and gather data to see if the hypothesis is possible. This was the eight years between 1961 and 1969. Then, even if the experiments prove successful, landing a man on the Moon, that is not considered proof unless the experiment can be subjected to repeated tests that bear out the same result. You may say, well that happened, we successfully had more Moon landings between 1969 and 1972. But, if this was the same magician pulling a rabbit out of the hat, then the only way to truly verify if the experiment was a success would be to have other, independent researchers and agencies duplicate this feat. And today, over fifty years after the Apollo Moon landings, not only is NASA, the original magician, unable to duplicate this experiment, but India, China, Japan, Russia and Israel cannot duplicate this event, all with enormously advanced technology far beyond what we had in 1969. This points to a hoax, a magnificent, world wide, high order hoax that fooled the world for over fifty years. This is true of the classic FE model. Modern FE models try to avoid this with the Zetetic model of the sun circling in a horizontal plane about 3000 miles above a flat earth. Surely, the skeptics claim, this must refer to a flat, square earth-thus proving that the Bible teaches a flat earth. There are some examples of flat earth cosmologies from the ancient world, but they always consisted of a flat, round earth. A circle was considered a much more perfect shape than a square, so none of the ancient flat earth cosmologies involve a square earth. If a square flat earth were the cosmology of the Bible, then it would have been at odds with every other ancient flat earth cosmology. Therefore, this attempt by the skeptics to claim that the Bible teaches a flat earth does not square (pun intended) with the facts of history.
Without the Magisterium of the Church you can interpret the Bible any way you want. As the arguments over geocentrism here prove. The Magisterium came before the Bible snd decreed what went into the Bible. Which included quite a few books taken out at the reformation, independently of Magisterial authority. The Magisterium comes down firmly on the side of Geocentrism. (As does the science of Hubble, Einstein and many others incidentally).

So you are right that the Magisterium (including the earliest Church Fathers) always gives primacy to Sacred Scripture. Without the Magisterium you can interpret the Bible any way you want. That was the whole point of the Reformation. The clear interpretation of the Magisterium is that Sacred Scripture teaches Geocetrism. The earth does not move. The papacy is not the Magisterium, although you could be forgiven for thinking it is given the attitude of many Catholics today. "Papal infallibility" only applies when the Pope speaks in line with the official Magisterium (which of course includes Sacred Scripture).

"conspiracy theory" is a made up CIA term to dismiss those that don't conform to propaganda narratives. People conspire all the time. The 2 people in this video conspired to deceive their audience with illogical and nonscientific nonsense.
The video starts by poisoning the well which is usually a great indicator that bullshit and lies will follow. In this case the indictation was accurate.
The point is not to ignore anything that sounds scary, it's to be courageous in the face of fear because of your faith. The truth is often very scary but, "lucky you", you don't have to worry about being afraid because you know a "conspiracy theory" when you hear one. That's sarcasm by the way. What I'd guess that you don't know is that the term "Conspiracy Theory" itself is a weaponized term made up to keep people like you from seeking to know the truth. 1. Composites used in photos.

She sent me the video and I listened to the whole thing. At one point Henry Richter PhD from Jet Propulsion Laboratories said very clearly that, "it took several days for the balloon to get to the moon." I thought it was awesome because God said he placed the Sun and the Moon in the firmament, not that he placed the moon 238,000 miles away and placed the sun 93 million miles away and yet on a cloudy day, the sun looks exactly the same size as a full moon.
Anyway, I didn't know how to download a video back then so I asked someone to download the little gem for me. Over several weeks, he never got around to it but I didn't know. Over those same weeks, I kept going back to the video at the 04:07 timestamp and transcribing it for others and providing the link so they could see it for themselves. Finally, one day weeks later, my friend's mom must have forgotten that she had already sent the video and sent it again. That evening I replied and told her I had watched it and that I thought she should watch it again and to pay special attention to the 04:07 mark. I also quoted what was said in case she missed it (again)
So, that night, I went to bed and when I awoke early the next morning something told me to check the video so I did. At about 7:30 am, the video had been edited and the clip at timestamp 04:07 had been removed. The video was under the same link, just as it had always been, but they altered it without saying a word in the middle of the night. What if Henry Richter was trying to actually tell the truth? How did my friend's mom get the video changed overnight? Why couldn't I find any trace of the video when I spent 3-5 hours searching for it in every way I could possibly think to try (including the Wayback machine and every other alternative to it)? Now, that, to me, was/and still is very scary.
There's a Van Allen radiation belt in our atmosphere so it would be impossible for anyone to fly beyond that part of the atmosphere . All our flights, planes, rockets, satellites are all in what is called low earth orbit area

The one problem that has been bugging me about globers is their insistence that the atmosphere turns with the Earth.
First of all, what mechanism holds the atmosphere to the Earth? Gravity you say? Okay, then how come the air can move in all directions in our common experience? If the atmosphere turns with the Earth, if it is so tethered that It moves with the turn of the Earth, then how can it move in any other direction other than with the turn of the Earth? Every time I have ever stirred a cup of coffee in a mug the liquid always goes in only one direction, the direction of my agitation. Secondly, it never goes faster than my agitation. Yet if you're a glober you must insist that the atmosphere high up is going faster than at the surface of the Earth because it has to keep up with the spin of the earth and that means more speed higher up. How does the atmosphere move faster than the agitation that turns it?
Lastly, how in the world does an airplane traveling north and south either lose sideways speed or gain sideways speed depending on the direction it's traveling? At the North Pole the sideways component is almost nil. At the equator it's over a thousand miles an hour. How does the plane gain this alleged sideways speed of the atmosphere heading to the equator from the north pole? How does it lose that sideways speed going the opposite direction? Wouldn't planes flying from the north pole to the equator have to turn westwardly into the atmosphere in order to fly straight south? Why is it that they don't have to do this in reality?
If a ball in a swimming pool constantly spins eventually the water will spin with it. It can still move all around from different forces but its rest state flows with the ball. Air is much lighter than water. It’s much easier to manipulate and things like temperature, evaporation, astral phenomena like radiation from the sun have major effects on its movement.

But you guys have this body of air spinning around the Earth due to the agitation of the earth turning below it and tell us that temperature fluctuations cause high pressure and low pressure and movements of air in addition to all the forces that might be outside the earth you mentioned.
But if you have air moving at a thousand miles an hour at the equator, at least close to the ground, and some outside force causes the air to stop turning with the Earth butt instead to, say, rise then that air is instantly replaced with other air and depending on the temperature variations and how high the air might rise, or from how high the air might fall that's filling in the space, you could have some whopping clashes of air near the ground!
Air that rises due to an outside force is plainly not moving in the same direction as the air turning with the Earth, and therefore unable to keep pace with the Earth turning below it. Only the air next to the ground will receive the full effect of the Earth's agitation upon it.

After that embarrassing issue, there was an accident the ended Gus's life along with Ed White and Roger Chaffee. So even if that was an accident, if I were Buzz and Neil, I would at least ponder the consequences of going against the narrative. The perception could have been their lives were in danger even if they survive the low earth orbit pantomime.

I have to unlearn it all and take on this new knowledge that im not sure anybody can explain.

Measurements, math and just seeing things are not science. You don't need to learn anything new, just drop the pseudoscience that says an imaginary mathematical model about a spherical earth derived from angles taken from a flat earth is reified in reality.

I'm talking about the observable with my own eyes science involving a spherical earth traveling through space around another spherical object, the sun, that spins on an axis as it travels, about 23.5 degree tilt, that causes the seasons. I have personally witnessed how the angle of the sun changes daily and comes back to the same place every 365.25 days . I have a certain marked place on the planet where every summer solstice I can personally observe this phenomena.
Very often in the course of the year I observe sunrises and sunsets that can only occur the way they do with a spherical earth with atmosphere that is spherical as well.
I recently was able to personally observe a total eclipse of the sun and saw what a sunrise and sunset would more likely look like with a flat earth.
On a flat earth the sunset would go from quite bright skies with sun beams shining to almost complete darkness in about a minute and a half. Maybe even less.
I haven't even begun to hear any kind of rational explanation behind how the
' seasons ' would operate with a flat earth.
My whole life of over 60 years I have observed how the moon is most definitely a spherical object far out in space and lit up by the sun which is even much farther out in space. I personally observe the lighting of a spherical moon in relation to illumination source.
I have personally, many times, observed the planet Saturn with my own eyes through telescopes and observed the ring around it that clearly shows me that particular round dot of light is indeed a spherical object.
With all these spherical objects orbiting around others in space why should the earth be any different.

IF we are on a globe that is spinning a 1000 mph... then, why do the moon and stars cross the sky at the same speed. Just google timelapse of the moon and find one with stars in it, there are plenty to choose from. Stationary objects seen from a moving object appear to move in direct proportion to their distance from the moving object, but they arent, they all cross the sky at the same speed.

That's like saying a film is filmed, and put n a VHS cassette. But we no longer use a VHS cassette, so we can't put the film on any other medium.
Technology has advanced, so film shot can be placed on VHS, then when VHS was redundant, then DVD, Blu Ray etc. In essence the film (knowledge of how to get to the moon) (back then VHS) should be easily transferable to today's technology (Blu Ray).

I liked Dr. Carter's analysis of population growth when I saw it years ago. He demonstrates clearly with that why the earth cannot be very old simply due to the population that now exists on the earth.
That said, he's a creationist and while that puts him into a more biblical view, all Creationists stop short of fully embracing what the Bible says about cosmology. The Bible clearly states the earth does not move several times. So for the Bible being geocentric there can be no debate. If the Earth doesn't move, then the heavens clearly move around the earth. However, I think the Bible further describes the earth as flat and so is also a flat earth book.
I see creationists being like children that don't want to jump into the water but are content with merely dabbling their toes in it. Such is Dr. Carter's position. The rest of the water is a conspiracy theory to them; yet, all the water is a conspiracy to the evolutionists. Creationists just do not go deep enough into the biblical truth about cosmology and they see themselves better than the crazy geocentrists and especially flat earthers.
The scientific evidence of mudfossils around the world is ignored by creationists as well. But that story is in the Bible also.

What I would say about that is that on the one hand we're talking about the earth and that it's established that it cannot move. On the other we're speaking of the righteous. As in righteous people. We're not told in the same way that the righteous are "firmly established" as the verses speak of the Earth so my take on your question is something similar to the modern English. Can a person not change his mind, or be convinced to change his mind by a bad actor? If so, has he not been moved from his position? Likewise, I believe it could be that the righteous are protected from moving into unrighteousness by the Lord. Like the impossibility of fooling the elect, as the Bible says, it could be here that the righteous will always know righteousness.
2nd Samuel 2:8 speaks of the Earth being placed on pillars. Psalms 19:5 and 6 speak of the Sun being like a bridegroom and running his race. Ecclesiastes 1:5 also speaks of the Sun moving. On top of that you have Joshua chapter 10 verses 12 and 13 where in the Sun and the Moon are both stopped in their motions. If those verses can be replaced by an understanding of the Earth moving and then being stopped, what would that have to do with the moon being stopped? I think you have to take it at face value that both the Sun and Moon were stopped in their respective motions.
Of course the Bible says that the Earth is firmly established and shall not be moved in several verses. Notably, Psalms 93:1, Psalms 96:10, and Psalms 104:5. By not accepting these verses that face value you place a mask over the plain reading of the text. And no amount of PhD-ism is going to be adequate to cover up that plain meaning.

Well the Bible does talk about the 4 corners of the Earth. It mentions the firmament. I don't recall the Bible mentioning that the world is a globe or a circular object anywhere. Though I could have missed it.

Here's another easy way you can prove the earth is NOT flat, merely by using your eyes: HAD it been flat, you would have been able to see space in a thin horizon between the clouds and the earth surface by looking parallel from anywhere you are standing on the surface of the flat earth, all around you. Even if it is overcast with clouds. Since cloud ceiling are always above the ground. So you would have seen a thin blue sky line color during the day and the stars at night slightly elevated over the horizon all around you in the far distant flat earth! But, in stead, what we see on a cloudy day is cloud ceiling meeting the earth surface on the horizon, MEANING the earth has to be curved and not flat.This is so logical!

When Dr Carter says that if we ignore traditional teaching on the shape of the Earth, that we've known since antiquity that the Earth is round, we do so at our peril, he's totally ignoring the fact the ancient Hebrews, Egyptians, Indians, etc., etc. and yes, even the Greeks all believed in the flat earth. That is why those cultures all had their own versions of the flat earth model.

But that doesn't negate the fact that the Bible is a wholly geocentric and even flat earth book. It is, whether UA-cam introduced us to that or we were already aware due to honest biblical study. @jennasiide No one has ever proven the rotation of the Earth, or any other motion of it. Nor the curvature of it. And certainly no one has seen the earth as a globe. All examples of that you can point to are fraudulent composite images, cheap clipart insertions, or paintings. They're are never true photographs. And even NASA will never say that they are. So why is that?
That honest people, religious people, or just plain good people have been fooled is a shame. They might not be lying intentionally because they truly believe what they say. So you're right in that we shouldn't label them with the same category as those in the know. That said, you can bet your bottom dollar NASA is in the know and lying.

For me, the most compelling proof that men did not walk on the Moon in 1969 is scientific proof, i.e. the scientific method. With that method, first a hypothesis, a scientific guess is proposed, which in this case was Kennedy's challenge to put men on the Moon within nine years of his announcement. The next step in the scientific process is to conduct experiments and gather data to see if the hypothesis is possible. This was the eight years between 1961 and 1969. Then, even if the experiments prove successful, landing a man on the Moon, that is not considered proof unless the experiment can be subjected to repeated tests that bear out the same result. You may say, well that happened, we successfully had more Moon landings between 1969 and 1972. But, if this was the same magician pulling a rabbit out of the hat, then the only way to truly verify if the experiment was a success would be to have other, independent researchers and agencies duplicate this feat. And today, over fifty years after the Apollo Moon landings, not only is NASA, the original magician, unable to duplicate this experiment, but India, China, Japan, Russia and Israel cannot duplicate this event, all with enormously advanced technology far beyond what we had in 1969.
This points to a hoax, a magnificent, world wide, high order hoax that fooled the world for over fifty years. Kudos to the Apollo Detectives and the people on this site who have seen through this hoax and been brave enough to endure ridicule and scorn and mocking from the established media and sheep pundits to stand up for the truth.

The clear interpretation of the Magisterium is that Sacred Scripture teaches Geocetrism. The earth does not move.
The papacy is not the Magisterium, although you could be forgiven for thinking it is given the attitude of many Catholics today.
