Making chicken breast meatballs that you can never get tired of eating every day

- It's a chicken meatball with a low calorie sauce and healthy fiber. It's light and delicious, so I could eat it every day without getting tired of it.
This is a recipe dedicated to those who fill their stomachs with chicken breast again today. You can make a lot in advance and store it in the freezer. Take out one serving at a time, and defrost it and eat it :)
Chicken breast meatballs
500g chicken breast
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese
1 Tbsp garlic
1 tsp basil (other herbs are okay too)
1/2 tsp crushed pepper (you can add red pepper powder, it doesn't matter if you don't add it)
2 pinches of salt
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
Butter
Sauce
1/2 onion (medium or 1/3 large onions)
1/2 Tbsp garlic
1 can of tomato (400g, about 240g without tomato juice)
1 cup tomato puree (you can use more depending on your taste)
2 laurel leaves (optional)
1tsp salt
1 or 2 teaspoons of allulose (taste and add or subtract)
Optional: parsley, parmesan cheese powder
Sauce
1/2 onions (medium or 1/3 large onions)
1/2 Tbsp garlic

1 cup tomato puree (you can use more depending on your taste)
2 laurel leaves (no need)
1tsp salt
1 or 2 teaspoons of allulose (taste and add or subtract)
