A tip for killing bandits and thugs:
Use emperor, it has basically infinite range and you can stay out of their agro range while dealing damage to them

The present bag could drop from any loot from Bandits. Its just the most common loots, have Lower chance of dropping, and rarer one's have Higher chance of dropping it

From an initial look, not only was this "event", if you could even call it that, extremely disappointing, but also somewhat infuriating. As this event offers little to nothing in content, have an extremely tedious grinding method for the event item, that being beating JOTARO (Which spawns every 1 hour 30 mins, unless spawned with ROBUX) and getting the Bag of present. But the worst of all is the drop rate for the event spec and the item "Will of Fate", as to get PADORU, it is a 25% spec from the Bag of Presents on Standless, which wouldn't be that bad, but you have to account in the drop rate for the Bag of Presents itself, which on top of the 25% chance, makes it somewhat tough to even get PADORU. Then, there is the item "Will of Fate", which is a whopping 0.05% drop chance from the Bag of Present, not only does this makes this item single handily the RAREST item/thing in the entire game, with it having an even lower rate than getting an ANCIENT skin (That being 0.0625%), but if you account in the chance of getting the Bag of Presents on top of the chance of getting Will of Fate than you got yourself an item that is neigh on impossible to get.
Not to mention that PADORU does ABSOLUTELY nothing but be an annoyance for players and a spike within trading, as it is stated in the Trello for SAKURA STAND that it is "Obtainable only on 8th December 2022". So if they keep to their promise that it will not return and would only be "Obtainable on December 8th, 2022." Then this spec would be impossible to offer or to even trade, as of this moment there is almost nothing that is like this, besides Eternal Wing, but at least Eternal Wing can actually FIGHT.
This is only the short version, not even including the timespan of this event or the boss.
Now to go on, the timespan of this event as said in the game's description is 24 hours. To account that most people are students, or people who have to spend time in education (That being around 8 hours minimum), and to count in that most of us are "Humans", we need to have time to eat and sleep. So that in total, if I were to count in that you sleep from 11PM to 7AM and have an average meal time of 10 minutes a meal, that would give us at most 9 hours to grind on this event, with this time not even accounting in Homework or any other chores or transportation time.
This is only one part of the equation, with the other being getting the Bags of Presents. If you are a "Free to Play" player or someone who either doesn't have or doesn't want to spend ROBUX on the game. you would have to wait 1 hour and 30 minutes for JOTARO to spawn, beat him, and then have a chance of getting 0 - 3 Bags of Presents from the 3 different Exotic Loot Crates that JOTARO drops. So a Free to Play player would have at most 6 chances of beating JOTARO if they were playing usually, but nobody here is patient enough to wait for 1 hour and 30 minutes, so if you were to skip servers and beat JOTARO that way, you could have a higher chance of obtaining the Bags of Presents. But here's the problem, other players, with players around you would have a much lower chance of getting the loot crates dropped by JOTARO, so if you were Free to Play unless you are VERY lucky, you have almost no chance of getting the event Spec or Item.
So my point here is that this event is one of if not the worst event in the game, not only is it not that Free to Play friendly, but to even have a chance of getting the item and the spec you would need to either spawn Jotaro with ROBUX or buy a private server. But also the drop rates for "Will of Fate" is downright disgusting, an item that is even rarer than an ANCIENT skin, with the item that you get it from (Bag of Presents) being neigh on impossible to get in large quantities, not to include that PADORU is almost useless besides being a joke. The most comparable event would be the 1M Visits Anniversary Event, but at least that is somewhat predictable, but this? The game has never added or even affiliated itself with the Fate series, not that is a bad thing or anything ( I would like me some Unlimited Blade Works ), it's just that this event is unpredictable, include almost no content, and kind of complicates trading (Some would also consider PADORU annoying).
This event is just BAD, there is just nothing positive about it. But if you did read everything, congrats to you, you are a patient man, at least more patient than I am with this event....
