Hello Ladies - The groundhogs name is Punxsutawney Phil. You ladies amaze me in all you get stitched, sewn & finished. I'm in awe every time I watch you two. Keep up the good work.
Hi ladies! Cathy - beautiful finish of your husband’s stocking! Nancy - what a WIP parade! If I weren’t trying to stitch my stash this year I’d be frantically ordering everything you showed!I want to stitch it all! I think you should keep going on your Anniversary stitch - you have so much done already. I look forward to seeing you stitch on all your projects this year. Also, your Sunday stitch finishes are so beautiful. You both did a great job on the snowmen quilts. See you in two weeks!
Loved your video Cathy and Nancy! I always have to have a pen and paper when I watch you both with all of your great ideas. Cathy, loved what you stitched for Nancy for Christmas. And that tomato pincushion from Christine has me drooling.
Loved your video! I turned the volume all the way up and could hear you just fine. Cathy, the stocking is amazing! Nancy, I adore all the personalizations you did! You’re both very inspiring to me 😊 ~ Liz
Oh my goodness! Great video! You gals are so inspiring! I had to keep taking pics and making notes-You have your own section in my notebook! I had my stitching Plans made til summer but after watching this, Will need to add more!
glad to see you guys again! For some reason I had a hard time hearing Nancy this time! It had gotten better before but wasn’t good today! I love your quilt Nancy and Kathy yours is pretty too! What a fun project to do together.
Just finished perusing my Needleworker Retailer magazine and I saw some familiar faces. "Ooooh, I know those ladies!" That was a fun little surprise, and a very nice picture of you both. And thank you for making your videos. I enjoy all of your wips, your ffos, your tips and information and your obvious friendship. Okay.... now on to your video.
Great to see you both!! Happy New Year to both of you! As always, I so enjoyed watching your video - jam-packed with inspiration!!! Thanks as always and happy stitching!
Cathy and Nancy…love your beautiful podcast…sorry for the illnesses…so many lovely stitches…the stitching on 18 count, do you stitch one floss over one square or two floss over two squares…cataract surgery left me stitching over 14 count…and the projects seems to be too large to frame…your quilts were adorable too…looking forward to all your stitching in 2023…best wishes and happy stitching ❤❤
I'm sorry, we aren't sure what the problem is as its only a select few that can't hear us. We use a mic and have the volume turned up on our recording device as high as it will go
You say you were sick for weeks and not stitching!!! wow you certainly accomplished a lot. I am an aida stitcher so I really enjoy seeing all of yours. I too am not an anchor fan. You two are among my top videos to follow. Thanks for sharing.
I love it when I see a new video pop up from you two! You have such great taste in projects. I’d love to hear how you manage your time and split it between stitching and quilting. That’s something I struggle with. I love your embroidery filled quilts!
Love your videos! You are both so good at stitching, and quilts and more. I had a little trouble hearing too. Could hear Cathy better. Glad you’re better Nancy. Happy 2023! 🌲🌲🌲⭐️⭐️⛄️
Nice color changes, I'm not as good at it yet. I vote to Finish it, just shorten the design, make it work, only do the Border on the top. Then restart on another piece of fabric and stitch the back cover only! Nice WIP parades!!! Happy Stitching New Year!!
Doing the best I can with the volume but I could hear enough to know… finish the whole thing for the anniversary!!! I was shaking my head saying nooooo, I know it’s big but you’ve done so much!! 😂 Love all the projects and finishes!! Thanks for the video and inspiration!!
Oh so many wonderful stitches, cross stitch and quilting! I just love when you two put out a new video! Glad everyone is feeling better! Stay well and happy stitching til next time!💗
Found your FT recently and I love watching you ladies! Love all your projects and the quilting. I have been cross stitching for years and feel I am very competent. I'm fairly new to quilting and really enjoying it but I have much to learn. The instructional videos on the internet are awesome. Thank you for doing FT!!! I will go back and watch everything you have done. 😄
Glad you're on the mend! Your snow people quilts both turned out so nice! Isn't Melisa from Pinker n' Punkin the most generous person?? Nancy, I was thinking that if you decide to start over on Forever & Ever, maybe you could make a drum out of the part you've already stitched? Take care, stay well, and looking forward to your next video.
I'm sorry, we aren't sure what the problem is as its only a select few that can't hear us. We use a mic and have the volume turned up on our recording device as high as it will go
I enjoyed this very much! I love the snow quilts. Pinker Punkin is so nice and offers so much! I hope to do these snowmen. Your coverage on the 18 count aida is so good! Do you use 1 or 2 strands? I think you need to finish forever and ever. Looking forward to your next video!
I just found you today! I love that you do hand stitching, cross stitching and quilting! everything you showed today I would stitch too! I also love that you show all your finishes up close and include all the details without too much fluff and no hard selling. I really despise the hard sell of some stitchers.
🌟Happy New Year Girls🎉 Sorry to hear you were sick, Nancy. Glad you and your grand babies are recovered. I am stitching birth sampler What a Wonderful Life for my grand baby girl. Fun! I dyed my aida 14 ct a light pink. 🌸 Darling BIG (heheh) Christmas stocking, Kathy🎁 Thank you for sharing your lovely talents.♥️🌹
Love a wip Parade! Good job! I must have 80 wips maybe more. I did 69 pieces but I think I finished a old wip. I have been stitching since 1975. I now have a rule 150 by 150. I have 350 pieces on my walls. Your finishing on both cross stitch and quilts are great!
WIP parades are the best! I need to get them down, I was getting anxious over having so many and I'm afraid I will fall out of love with them if they linger too long
What a darling finish of Christmas Tea, Cathy! Love both of your snowmen quilts. Another great video. Glad you are feeling better, Nancy. That doesn't sound fun. I'm making that same birth sampler for my grandson that you made for your twins. Framing will be a challenge I am guessing. See you in a couple of weeks.
So good to see you. Glad everyone is feeling better! The sound was a little low this time but I was able to crank it up and it worked out okay. Love all your stitching! Hope you had a great Christmas! My girls were returning to Rexburg after enjoying Christmas at home in California. They were driving back and needed a place to stop and sleep before finishing the trip. They didn't want to stop in Twin Falls and wanted to try and get a little closer. We don't know the area well but I remembered the two of you and said to try Burley! It was sort of funny. Luckily they made it back to college just fine.
I just love those Shepherd's Bush stockings! I've made six, would be fun just to stitch them all! Hope you both are well, and continue to be. You do amazing work, and I am in awe of what you accomplish!
I would also like to add a thought: The Forever and Ever piece that you are thinking of abandoning or restarting on a night count fabric-- what about completing it on the 14 count and then finishing it as like a bolster pillow. Just a thought and suggestion. What you have already accomplished is pretty.
Punxsutawney Phil is his name lol! Some of those WIPS look like you have painted them Nancy! They are all lovely! Both of you ladies finishes are very lovely! My fav quilt design is Log Cabin design. I wish I could quilt! Great to see you 2 again. Happy stitching!🪡
Another great flosstube!! I love the projects both of you pick - there’s a lot of variety but they’re all very “me,” as well, so I get lots of inspiration. I’m a linen stitcher but it’s lovely to see projects on aida - everything comes out so nice and straight on it:) P.S. the volume was fine for me

Happy to see you are back and feeling better. I have a ? on the Saltbox Quilt Sampler chart I'm also working on. The chart does not show stitching between the buildings and their roof. Did you add the row of stitches or leave blank? Thanks.
So glad you are feeling better Nancy. That RSV is bad this year. Love all your stitches! Cathy, does you husband sell his ruler frames? I would be so interested in purchasing some. Fantastic Video! Thank You!
Love all of your projects and really enjoyed the wip parade😊 Question for Nancy, I notice you stitch many of your charts on 18 ct. aida and am wondering if you use 1 or 2 strands of floss? Thanks
You two ladies are funny! I enjoy watching! Loved all your work. I would like to make a project bag. Do you ladies have a pattern or video you recommend? Thank you for all you do. Happy stitching!!

I can’t write fast enough to keep track of all the lovely projects you both show that I’d like to stitch lol You are both so inspiring and I enjoyed seeing everything. Nancy, I’m sorry you’ve been sick but glad you’re better. Question about dyeing fabric..Rit dye? And do you add anything like salt? Have you told in a previous episode how to dye fabric? If not, could you give a quick run down sometime on procedure? I’ll be heading past you in a few weeks on my way from Washington to Colorado..oh how I’d love to stop and stitch with you. But, alas, my husband is driving lol Hope you both have a great couple of weeks and I’ll look forward to your next episode. Suzette
Nancy, what is the name of your third Sunday Stitch? I’d love to make that piece. Both of you have beautiful stitching, embroidery and quilting pieces. Glad you’re finally better. Glad to see you back!

Thank you ladies for another wonderful flosstube video. I wish I could hear you better, there seems to be something that I can't figure out. I can't hear a lot of what you're saying. Yes, very hard to hear you...but I can see you fine 😁..... everything looked great!.....have binged watched every episode four or five times....you girls are doing great !....
When I find FT’s that are hard to hear, I wait and pull up on my TV. Yes, this video was hard to hear but I know how to rectify the problem. Great video, loved the chicken and all your WIPs. Happy Stitching and see you next time.
I can’t seem to find the gal who designed your embroidery blocks and quilt. Please list her website and Instagram. Thank you! I love all your stitching!
I was just wondering. Are your giveaways only for people who have their own flosstube channels? I would like to know so that I won’t be trying to win by answering the questions. Thank you, Tammie in Lebanon TN
Loved all the finishes. May I suggest just hanging the tea bags on the circular hanger along with the ribbon bows. I think that would be cute too
Great idea!
Love all your finishes! Make your anniversary stitch into a pillow and display it on a chair or your sofa every February. Happy Stitching!

Not sure if it was my ears or your sound, but I had a really hard time hearing you guys, had to pull it up on my laptop and turn the sound clear up.
I still just LOVE Liberty’s Welcome! I have a dumb question...how come your 18 count looks so soft? All the 18 count I have is super stiff.
Aida has a stiffener in it. Rinse the aida takes that away and also they dying process makes it soften up
@@sewnsews6389 Ok, good to know! So do you always rinse your fabric before using it? In hot or cold? And the hand dyed Aida comes softer? I need to get some and try it! Thanks!

Are you using 1 or 2 strands on Land that I Love ? Love your inspiration to get going on mine.

If you type Pinker 'n Punkin into google she should come up
@@sewnsews6389 Thank you very much!
I was just wondering. Are your giveaways only for people who have their own flosstube channels? I would like to know so that I won’t be trying to win by answering the questions. Thank you, Tammie in Lebanon TN
Our giveaways are open to anyone who subscribes to our channel and watches us. We do restrict to the US only as postage is so expensive
