Hi Mr. Saady It is possible to show the label with 2 options (linear meter and square meter) And also in estimation sheet so we use in multiple puropose like skirting, paint and plaster
1) Area and Linear can be shown in one label. Check the very first few videos on YT. You'll get the answer. 2) Linear can be shown in estimating tab by adding a column *Linear Total*. Sir please Tell Me In this tutorial sir you have not multiplied the takeoff with wall height Estimating=Takeoff*Wall height but you have just done this as Estimating=Takeoff Sir please check it i am confuse in this point
I think that's a wrong formula in first place, you see both linear measurement & area calculated later are almost same, even after you had 88m of linear length, area should be (88*.2=17.6) in first place , even after you adjusted the width the linear length changed to 18.8m so area should have been (18.8*.2=3.76 sqm) which isnt in this case, You didn't change the formula in QTY tab which in this case should have been [Takeoff]*[Width], because we already have linear measurment & only need width of the wall and in case of vertical area Width/thickness can be taken as Hight because in both cases we already have breadth of the wall

You have missed about the wall area deduction and please give a guidance how to deduct area using template mode

It could be the reason. I'll recommend you to use the latest version.
