Does these VTO AND VTH MONITOR support sd card slot ? , g series of dahua doesn’t have sd card , but it show in display option for sd card but there’s no slot for sd card

Par agar lock Yale ka "YDM 4109-A" lagaya hai toh keise connection hoga..?
'Yale' ki "YRM 20AMC" krke transmitter aata hai usme uske connection krne hote hai, like exit switch (yellow & white dono wire ko just common kro, lock khul jayega)
Par ye connection vdp mei kaha krne hote hai..
VTO-2111D-P-S2 ke sath VTH-2621GW-WP (2 display) lagaya hai hmne..
Pr lock connect ni ho pa rha.
Customer care me bahot call kiye pr they can't
its same to understand logic -- kin 2 points ko short krnay see lock unlock hota-- un do connections ko normally open and com pe laga den .. command from VTH for unlock it should unlock

24 volt walay me issues atay hen .. normally 12v electric or regulated power supply for lock

One lock is same ..another one need rs485 module .. check details on website .. intercom > accessories
Sir vto our vth tak cat6 cabal hy door lock k ly vto tak 24v supply chahey and indoor vth ko be 24v power deny ho gy
for IP VTH and VTO is PoE based and get power from switch .. lock power supply connect separately.
No need 12v power vth and vto only door lock I provid the power???

No no ..not with nfc ..
It would have been great if Dahua DMSS App contained an NFC settings and you could simply unlock it with your mobile…

Asslam o alaikum , sir mai ne ktp 02 villa station install krwaya hai. Mere vto ka mic theek nai hai. Jab installer faisalabad se install krnay aey to unhon ne is ko warranty mai bhijwya lakin vto k mic se jab koe bolts hai to us ko samajh nai ati. Sir please mujhy batain mai kia kro. Koe dahua ka pakistan ka help line number . Bata dain jahan mai apna vto check krwa sakon. Thanks for your help.

How to get the card?
any Mifare Card available in market -- the card you tap to device it will beep it mean it is compatible card
When I press the unlock from monitor it displaying Failed to unlock. Please help
Yes .. go to long press menu .. go to vto settings.. here your ip should match with vto ip and user password also should change to vto user password.. one time disable and enable to save the new settings
@@DahuaTechnicalEngineer I have try to change user n password but it didn't work
The message" device offline,please select whether to monitor or not" appear when I call from VTH to VTO. Then I can talk to the caller but can't unlock(failed to unlock)
@@KoTaLoDP check your network settings clearly -- three things only need check from VTH side
long press menu
1- VTH is set as Master and number is 9901#0 (#0 is must for master)
2- SIP settings --- insert VTO IP address & same page --- last two option
user name: (VTO username) & password: (vto password)
disable sip and ok
Enable SIP and ok
3- vto settings: here your ip should match with vto ip and user/password also should change to vto user password.. one time disable and enable to save the new settings
