Ha - I love impossible burgers too - our fridge looks similar - oh boy we eat similar too. My mouth watering looking at a good salad.....January first my husband and I will do “the whole 30 lifestyle” for 3 months. Eating healthy and live a healthy life style - was a breeze when we unfortunately both got COVID ......we did not really get sick.
