The biggest problem is Congo's leadership in Kinshasa seem to not to care and to be very corrupt. Otherwise the situation would never have got this bad. Congo needs a strong president. And he needs to be a ruthless military general that is ready to invade Rwanda . That's the only language Kagame and the Tutsi will understand.
But Ruto is sending troops to help RDF and UPDF because M23 doesn't exist

You probably from Kinshasa and doesn’t know nothing about the kivus so let me enlighten you. anywhere There is a Hutu there is a Tutsi and anywhere there is a Tutsi there is a Hutu. For your information the Hutus and Tutsis of Masisi and Rutchuru are very United and never have a problem with each other you can’t even tell them apart in most of the times.
The only problem come with the Rwandan extremist Hutus( FDLR) who did the genocide in Rwanda and come to Congo and started spreading they Tutsiphobia ideology which seem to have infected you as well. The Hutus and Tutsis of Masisi and Rutchuru, kalehe, nyiragongo remain united as Kinyarwanda speakers of the Kivu
Please mention that Kenyans troops are fighting alongside M23 and Rwandan army, a war they will never win.

Makenga said that he got support from Rwanda and Uganda yet Makenga said that he fled to Uganda and later organized troops who fled everywhere then started fighting, please if you don’t know the language ask for help, Africans we have a serious problem between ourselves, first of all Tutsi are Africans like anyone else it’s so crazy that Hutu are Considered to be Congolese and Tutsi not yet we share the same language and culture. I like that article about the Tutsi are taking largest Rance's of land per person for their cattle's breeds. It will never happen. Americans and France and all Europe the most involved Congo is very tough in Goma. We have one of the strongest military in government. Forget why those rebellions or soldiers from Rwanda. They are playing those areas because that country is big. Tell them to come and try and take the city you see what happened to those rebellions in it will happen the same thing. They will knock them out.
