The Bangladeshi community in the 70s and 80s suffered terrible racism in tower Hamlets from the BNP far right they terrorised but the Asian community fought back this is why the Asians are still in areas of Tower Hamlets.

    I see honest people!
I understand they are as they have retained their original flavors !
I have lived in the USA since 1970 and feel totally integrated and have not missed the old Bangladeshi culture of too much attachment or religion.
I was glad to get away from the religious extremists fundamentalist fanatics.
Rural Kansas and Missouri have been a great way to get away from medieval mindset.
The immigrants need to assimilate to the new culture as much as possible to make live and let live between all of various people. Their leadership needs to understand and act on that or they may face serious backlash !
