Friday afternoon is the worst if you drive back from work. Why do everyone seems to want to go to the weekend trip straight from work? Or in the middle of the worst traffic of the week? What is the point in arriving somewhere for a weekend vacation, if you arrive tired? Why not just go on suterday morning?...
Saturday morning there is a second wave of tourists. If you are not on the road at 5-6 am you risk spending 2 hours at a choke-point and ruin your week-end.
@@romaniandriver8306 Hmm. Well, I usually go to my parent's house outside the city. I go suterday morning, at 9 or 10 am, sometimes earlier or later. There is never a traffic jam.
@@DashCamSerbia There's one place and one place only in this country where there are traffic jams every week-end. It's National Road 1 between Bucharest and Prahova River Valley area. It takes people to various mountain resorts, and it's the nearest area to Bucharest with so many tourist attractions. My parents live elsewhere, and when I visit them there is almost never a traffic jam.
