10 hours of blissful Seriously Smoothed Brown Noise that's been expertly tuned to emphasize the frequency of 528Hz. This Solfeggio tuning is said to engender "positive change."
Brown Noise has a waveform that's more complex than other sound, and because white and brown noise are so ubiquitous in nature (we hear them in flowing water, wind and rustling leaves), the brain actually doesn't bother decoding their detail.
