It should also be mentioned that if you tried doing this yourself first and it did not work, you must uninstall the HP drivers and HP Help software first through 'Programs and Features' under Control Panel, otherwise the setup program will not give you the right steps to do this. Otherwise, it worked great for me :D
Very helpful my wife tried setting it up before I touched and I knew for sure everything had to be deleted and uninstalled. Also, our pc when we set up the wireless portion the pc wasn’t showing the printer correctly so I had to restart the pc and everything started popping up like it should be.
Just ordered a refurb off ebay--I'm hoping like every other HP I have owned in the past (all ink jets) this will work seamlessly with Linux. I have both Lubuntu and Manjaro installed

@@christechguy for some reason I don't have the battery save option where it automatically turns off when not in use 😭 It never turns off.. however on the box it says it has the option

So I recently moved to a new apartment. Before that this printer was working perfectly. But as soon as I tried to connect it to a new network it wouldn’t connect. Now I can’t use it.
What about a tutorial for linux users, as i bought this on the understanding it worked with linux. I have spent all day trying to make it work without success.
this is really helpful. I just wish youtubers would stop providing the same kind of background music over and over. how about a jazzy tune once in a while. fortunately, it's the kind of video where muting doesn't take away from the learning effect.

Needs to be plugged in all the time, this printer has no internal battery no modern printers support such a thing. Hope this helps.

Wasted time. It should be mentioned that you first connect printer with laptop using usb cable. What about if we can't use one just like Macbook
