Keep an eye out for Orlando Pirates too because they’ve won the 2 domestic cups last year (equivalent to FA Cup and Carabao Cup) and they seem to be going on an upward trajectory.

I'm an Indonesian, but I can tell you our domestic football competitions (Liga 1) was quite unpredictable. Last season, everyone expected Bali United to made 3 in a row, but this club crumbled heavily because of the outdated tactics, injury crisis, or even the departure of key figures that won the competitions back in 2019 and 2021-22. Also, the last season of this competition was concluded later than usual because there was 3 months of suspension by PSSI between October and December due to the deadliest football tragedy that happened in Malang between Arema and Persebaya. Later on, there was the cancellation of the U-20 World Cup after some shennanigans regarding to Israel, but FIFA decided to select us as the U-17 World Cup host replacement after Peru withdrew.
The competition itself for this new season (as I'm writing on) was already started since July 1 and has the new format, where the Top 4 of the standings after 34 matches for each clubs will fight for becoming the league champions in a two-legged ties, in a similar way to MLS, which was set to be happened on May. New rules were also introduced such as the expansion of foreign players (each clubs now signs 5 foreigners + 1 ASEAN player instead of just 3 foreigners + 1 Asian) and the usage of video assistant referee (VAR). Because the national team participated in the upcoming Asian Cup on January-February, as well as the general and presidential elections of our country, the competition will be suspended at that periods.
There is no good team that can win this competition easier. It's really tough. As I'm writing, PSM Makassar, who are the title holders, had a slow start this season.
Thailand and Malaysia didn't pose a serious threat for contenders. I think Buriram United and JDT will defend their prizes.
Now onto the topic and my predictions:

3.Brazil: Flamengo (Winning Brasileirao + Libertadores Double might be insane. The latter's final will also be held at Maracana. For this case, I hope they will also face Palmeiras)

6.EFL Championship: Leicester City (Definitely sure for 1st), Leeds United (2nd). PO went to Sunderland, Middlesbrough, Blackburn Rovers, and Coventry City, with Sunderland won the PO
7.India: Mohun Bagan
8.Japan: Yokohama Marinos
9.Mexico: Club America
10.MLS Cup: Cincinnati
11.Morocco: Wydad AC
12.Netherlands: Feyenoord (Considering Jurrien Timber has left for Arsenal)
13.Portugal: Benfica (If they kept Goncalo Ramos)

I'd be so glad if you could fly to South Africa this upcoming season and see how is it like this side, and I'd advice you to come when it gonna be the biggest fixture in the country, the Soweto Derby. Orlando Pirates vs Kaizer Chiefs, both teams are from the hometown of the opening goalscorer at the 2010 world cup Simphiwe Tshabalala. All of those 95 000 seat be fully booked that day. Then if you really wanna experience crazy scenes and how fans are on that day, come when derby is playing I promise you, you will have a time of your life. And I'd be so glad if I could also meet you on that day maybe if possible get to show you the culture, the country around and take you to the stadium and buy the tickets I'm willing to do all of that😀🇿🇦🙌

Its common knowledge that there is 3 major teams in portugal Benfica, Porto, and Sporting. In portugal they are referred as the big 3. Even though sporting didnt have a good season last season dont count us out so far we have done really good business.

In 2023 season of K League, (South Korea, that you didn't mention in this video though) my team Ulsan Hyundai are dominating the league with 16 point gap from the 2nd-placed Pohang Steelers. Ulsan are on their way to gain back-to-back domestic title and hopefully the AFC Champions League trophy as well 🇰🇷💙💛1️⃣🏆⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

From Bulgaria. Ludogorets is winning for the 13th time. CSKA Sofia mounts a championship challenge every season, but they fumbled the bag especially last season. Teams like Levski Sofia and CSKA 1948 will probably finish below them like last season. Personally I am a fan of Levski Sofia. So if we can finish 2nd or 3rd I would appreciate it.

Honestly, Melbourne City have always been favorite to win the A-League because of their wonderful players. Jamie Maclaren, Mathew Leckie, Max Caputo and more. Despite having the best players in the league, Melbourne always find a way to lose to other underdog teams. For instance their massive defeat in this years A-League grand final against Central Coast Mariners.
Teams like Western Sydney wanderers, Sydney FC and also Adelaide United are all forces to be reconsidered. I am from New Zealand so I hope the Phoenix can pull of another play-off spot and hopefully get semi-finals.
Anyway I think with lots of good players leaving the A-League, Melbourne City will probably win the grand final and lift the A-League trophy.

I’m from the U.S. In the MLS Nashville sc are currently on 38 points, second in their conference. I don’t think they can win the eastern conference but I think they can do well in the playoffs for the MLS cup. I’m backing them to win.

You missed something about the liga mx. It does work in clausura and apertura, but actually, they are both individual seasons. The league’s first place actually doesn’t win the league. After that, you get playoffs that start from the quarterfinals. In clausura tigres won the playoffs final against chivas, and in apertura chivas is currently leader with 9 points in three games. Campeón de campeones is like the community shield, it doesn’t actually determine who wins both clausura and apertura.

Flamengo did not win the Brasileiro last year, they came 5th. They won the Libertadores. Club World Cup is for the continental champions. Also, the Brazilian league is extremely volatile and chaotic. Gremio were in division 2 last year and are 3rd this year. Palmeiras could be 6th next week. It’s one of the most interesting leagues in the world

you really should look at the kenyan FKF-PL , it was a good rivalry between Tusker FC and Gor Mahia FC, Gor ultimately won it one the last day and for me personally was the best kenyan season I've witnessed. Kenya Police FC pulled of a Newcastle plus the biggest derby in kenyan football, The Mashemeji Derby between Gor Mahia FC and AFC Leopards did not dissapoint
