Was sent a new one to replace the one in the video. No changes were made, none of the concerns were addressed, only the exact same thing was sent. With, you guessed it, the exact same issues... Though I do appreciate some action or acknowledgement of the issues, they really didn't listen to the concerns and issues.

Same as any other tool. Spray it with a disinfectant, 91% alcohol, anything. Inside and out.
