Met some great Dolphins fans at the game today. Bills enjoying a moment here. Stay classy, stay competitive. AFC East is better when the fins are good!
No it’s not. The AFC East is the best when the Bills are dominating the other 3 teams year after year. I don’t want excitement, I want games over by halftime and divisions won by November.
@@John-q5y6o Well your comment is why he struggled so much in the past. Bills play two single high safeties and double those speedy receivers. If we played like we did today all season, we wouldn't be 2-6. The defense isn't good. I'm not sure what fans are expecting, but we were disciplined, smart tough and efficient on offense. Obviously in big games like this, the Mostert fumble when we're driving and up 4 sticks out, but overall this is how we're going to have to win games this year. 🤷♂️
We probably need to pass more. We did it again as usual and had to settle for a field goal trying to run on 3 and 1 vs a stacked box . We definitely need to start throwing in those types of situations instead of settling for a field goal. This is a game we should have won and probably would have if we didn't run too much. We have to try to score more points every game, we can't try to play conservative and win close games, we have to approach each game as a shootout and try to run up the scores,we now have to run the table and we have a good enough team to do it. We can't play safe we have pass more , it's all or nothing at this point. We have to learn how to be high scoring in every game.
@@MarkFowler-tu2cn I thought McDaniel had a great gameplan. If we tried throwing every play, the game would've ended in a blowout like week 2. Buffalo's weakness is run defense, and when you're playing Allen, Mahomes, Lamar, or the Niners, you want to limit their possessions as much as possible. Getting into a shootout is not the game you want to play against those qbs and offenses. The 2 best games we played against the Bills the last 3 years, we were able to run the ball well, and didn't turn it over. The games we were pass happy, we couldn't score more than 20 points
Everyone bashing Poyer right now for the helmet 2 helmet hit is acting like Coleman dropped the ball before the hit, think y'all need to watch the replay bc Coleman caught the ball and only dropped it after being hit by Poyer, just saying...
It's clear the defense has taken a step back... You rebuild a roster with players like Wilkins and Van Ginkle. Grier does not even trust his own draft picks and would rather chase after free agents. We need a GM who can draft and stick by the players he selects. You don't see the perennial contenders, chasing other teams drafted players. They're the sellers, like Hill from KC. If Ross can't see Grier's obvious weakness, he shouldn't own an NFL team. It starts from the top, and the top is a chaser, just like the GM.
It was moreso because he led with the helmet to the other players helmet vs leading with the shoulder towards the ball and it wouldn't have been called and I think he would of still got the ball out
Not gonna lie after the fumble I was not at all interested in what was happening. Totally killed my enthusiasm. Before that I was nervous we were going to lose but we were staying ahead so I was having fun.
I don't think the penalty changed anything if he didn't hit Coleman in the head Coleman just would've caught that pass it's the only reason it wasn't complete is because he knocked him out with a helmet and helmet hit.
There is a narrative that the offense had been build up to Tua's strength. In my opinion it had been structured around Tyreek Hill's demands. The dolphins finally seem to have changed the "deep ball philosophy" and are getting back to make the game a team effort again.
Very good take. Never thought of it like that but I think that’s exactly what we seen and I like it. That was a true offense that could win a playoff game or two
Brian Branch committed the exact same penalty as Poyer did in the Lions game and got ejected from the game. Refs have their own personal set of rules apparently.
Love the phins, lets get ready for offseason, evaluate player, lobby fans and owner to remove Grier, we do have a lot to build around, just need new management
Fans only blame refs when calls go against their teams. Same exact calls in favor of their team and then no one talks about the refereeing. Funny how that works!
As painful as this loss was, I suspect this performance is as good as it gets with this team and its current injuries. Should we accept trade offers before Tuesday? There are some tough roster/cap decisions coming up.

@@patrickroulston7407 I think it’s probably a moot point as I expect Cam makes the run to No. 1 overall pick. Now if Miami somehow lands in that slot…man what a choice to make
@mroverdose14 Wrong. A true franchise qb changes everything. The oline starts blocking better, receivers can catch, the defense plays harder and the whole organization gets energized. Now, that's not to say Tua is the reason we're losing, but I think the combination of injuries, coming up small in big moments and the physical limitations, the organization would be doing itself well by getting their future franchise qb if the opportunity arises.
As a diehard Canes fan, I would like to see Cam Ward go to an organization where he is the missing piece to a championship contender. The Phins are far from it and their love afair (and horrible contract) with Tua won't allow for it anyways.

Why ? We were missing 4 of our 5 best defensive players. We have the easiest remaining schedule. We will go 8 in 1 and slide into playoffs if they don't make trades.
@ Ross’ expectations before the season was clear. Had a meeting with McDaniel and Greer a few weeks ago. Keep losing and someone is gonna lose their job 🤷♂️ that’s how it goes
Draft will be heavy on defense. I have lots of questions on Anthony Weaver. 9 sacks in 8 games. Last two weeks defense was terrible. We know play Stafford Monday night.
Yes Phins squandered good offensive play with last second loss. This makes twice in a row. In both losses, it was the defense that was the reason for the loss so why are we not talking more about the porous defense whether it’s lack of talent, depth and or coaching. I think it’s all of the above. Poor tackling, holding penalties which show that they have to hold to stay with receivers or poor techniques which is a reflection of poor coaching, and undisciplined penalties again, poor coaching. Opponents have all day to throw which contributes to passing defensive woes but why not mix up defensive schemes whether more effective blitzing or pass rush schemes. No adjusting to what is not working. This is same lack of adjustments the offensive play calling goes through.
Tough loss. Poyer had the nerve to say it was a clean hit. He's clueless. I feel for Raheem but can't have those turnovers. Thank God it's also hockey season. Let's go Rangers
Where is the offensive accountability? You say it’s not on the offense, but then start talking about Mostert. Both teams scored on every drive of the 2nd half except that fumble. Our defense had Buffalo at 6 points. With that, the offense lost the game. Not too mention mention, all the useless expensive toys
The league average in points per game is roughly 21 points...27 points is not a great offensive showing. I was also not sure if to be impressed by the Phins running game or shocked at how bad the Bills defense was. The Dolphins squandered the Bills worst performance offensively and defensively against us, and still could not beat them. That makes me go hmmmmmm...
Not the best offensive showing in the first half which is the half that they needed to take advantage of. They only managed 3 points in the first QT and 7 in the 2nd QT when the defense held the Bills to two field goals. The defense played great in the first half. It was a collective loss. If not for some fluke plays and penalty calls that killed a few of the Bills drives. It might not have been as close as it was at the end. Tua played good and had his best game against the Bills in his career but it still wasn't good enough to get the win.
@@Mateogreat when Miami had the ball they still only managed a field goal and a TD. They each had the ball 4 times in the first half. They had just as many chances as the Bills to score so that's no excuse. The defense did good enough by holding the bills to two field goals. It was a collective loss. Not just on the defense.

Dolphins did not squander anything . They played good football. The Bills did not play good and still scored 6 out of 8 drives. and should have been 7 .. and Bills still won
Look if you rewatch that play he clearly leas with rhe shoulder and rhe ref made a bad call and handed the game to the Bills ..everyone knows this ..Vegas has ruined the NFL
The fact that an afc east 2008 championship hoodie is the proudest thing we can boast about as a franchise for 25 years shows how pathetic this franchise has been.
Mosert fumbles has cost us 2 games. Special teams started off bad. Another bad snap beginning of the game. More penalties than Bills again another McDaniel skips practices early in the year this is the result. Positives last 2 games McDaniel has improved big picture. Defense sure they got beat up but new defensive coordinator only had Ramsey in our entire starting defense from last year. Given that info Weaver has consistently been the best coach on the staff this year.
I thought it was more incidental contact rather than unnecessary roughness but I guess according to the new rules the call may have been acceptable but I personally thought it was fairly clean enough not to merit a penalty and was a ticky tack penalty but I hope I am wrong and it was a warranted penalty. Maybe you are right that he should have been more careful in that situation not to get a penalty. At the time I thought it was a clean enough play and no flag should have been thrown and I still think that it wasn't flagrant enough to warrant a flag, he was just trying to break up the reception, which is exactly what he was supposed to do. It appeared more to be incidental contact rather than targeting. The refs are going overboard and rewarding soft teams by being overly cautionary. Especially in critical situations the flags come out to aid a team when normally a flag wouldn't come out. Plus we got two other pass interference penalties that I thought were wrong. I truly feel we were robbed of the game by the officials. At the very least it should have gone into overtime. And who knows who would have won.
You'll be nowhere to be found when Josh Allen inevitably loses in the 2nd round and your wife sneaks to the neighbor's house while you drink yourself to sleep.
At 2-6 they should play Channing Tindall, as bad that David Long Jr. has looked. Phins need to figure out if Tindall can play or if they need to move on. Inside Linebackers have been mediocre for the last three years. Stop with the experiments and go draft a 3 down tackling machine.
@@Keeferz4Keeperz I know - that’s why the Dolphins have sucked for 50 years. It’s up to the coaches and front office. Start by trading Campbell and anyone else that has ANY value that’s not part of the future. Start playing all the young players and let the chips fall where they may. They’ll beat LV and NE to give them 4 wins and maybe beat the Jets once for 5 wins and maybe an upset or two. 6 or 7 wins - no playoffs and picking 16-20 in the draft. Rinse and repeat. Good Night Phinz Up
LET'S GO BUFFALO!!!❤️💙🦬🏈
Jordan Poyer still in the Bills payroll
Not the best offensive showing in the first half which is the half that they needed to take advantage of. They only managed 3 points in the first QT and 7 in the 2nd QT when the defense held the Bills to two field goals. The defense played great in the first half. It was a collective loss. If not for some fluke plays and penalty calls that killed a few of the Bills drives. It might not have been as close as it was at the end. Tua played good and had his best game against the Bills in his career but it still wasn't good enough to get the win.
Thier wasn’t a lot of plays for the offense buffalo held the ball a long time def couldn’t get off field
You're such a joke. 😹
Hill Tua and Chubb takes 45% of the team cap now.
Throw Waddle and the O line and the defense and Mosert in there and trade them all. Waddle got paid and disappeared
@@cameroncook3863we need a big WR to complement tyreek. Waddle is like a poor man’s tyreek and don’t really offer up anything that we don’t already have
@@TheJdangle I agree. And lame ass OBJ ain't the answer. Called that from day one !!!
@@cameroncook3863 we’d be better off with OJ (May he rest in peace) than OBJ.
I totally agree Poyer should be cut immediately to establish accountability he singlehandedly gave the game to Buffalo.
Every week I tell myself "at least I'm not a Dolphins fan."
You should be the GM
Definitely with you Kyle. This season is over. Got to laugh to keep from crying. Get rid of Grier and start selling.
Cam Smith did not make a good play. Keon Coleman would have caught that ball had Poyer not hit him and dislodged the ball. Problem was Poyer hit him too high. He should have hit him lower.
Stats mean nothing. It’s all about who puts up the most points.
In reality, the Bills didnt take this game seriously and still won.
Find close cause the bills left 14 points off the board
Poyer bonehead play aside, the tackling or lack there of is enough for him to be finished
Bills fan here. lol lol lol lol lol lol.
lol,
Where will you be when Josh Allen inevitably loses in the 2nd round?
C’mon Kyle
THANK YOU POYER !!! He been a Buffalo Bill for 7 years...He wants to see us win a Superbowl!
Bills win a championship? We all know that shit ain’t happening son…..
Showing he’s a Bill 4 Lyfe, supporting his boys by smashing his helmet into Keon Coleman’s face mask. 😂
Grier better be gone after this year…
over paid and underperform !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Poyer needs to be cut tonight. Mostert needs to be in the block ASAP Monday
The fact that an afc east 2008 championship hoodie is the proudest thing we can boast about as a franchise for 25 years shows how pathetic this franchise has been.
god bless Ronnie Brown
I would add the word ‘recently’ to your comment.
If we played like we did today all season, we wouldn't be in this position
@Ballaholic17 True
Seasons over I’m just curious about what’s gonna happen in the future.
Top 5 pick on the way next April...for what it's worth!
WA WA WA. 🤣
You'll be nowhere to be found when Josh Allen inevitably loses in the 2nd round and your wife sneaks to the neighbor's house while you drink yourself to sleep.
The league def told teams careful with hitting tua.
Cut Buffalo reject Poyer tomorrow. Bench Mosert and try to trade him. Play Mo Camara and Wright more.
Pssst, Jordan Poyer is a secret Buffalo agent.
I thought it was a terrible call for unnecessary roughness. The game should have gone into overtime.
bills fan here. I thought the fins played well. They tore through the bills disgraceful defending and were unfortunate not to win.
The only thing us Bills fan lost with Poyer leaving was Rachel Bush
At 2-6 they should play Channing Tindall, as bad that David Long Jr. has looked. Phins need to figure out if Tindall can play or if they need to move on. Inside Linebackers have been mediocre for the last three years. Stop with the experiments and go draft a 3 down tackling machine.
Cut Poyer yesterday
Poyer F'n sucks!
Cut him when Duck comes back
Too many mental mistakes right Jordan Poyer?
S.O.D
You know damn well the Dolphins will win a few meaningless games - now that the pressure is off - just to screw up the draft.
Draft Means NOTHING to NFL players
@@Keeferz4Keeperz I know - that’s why the Dolphins have sucked for 50 years. It’s up to the coaches and front office. Start by trading Campbell and anyone else that has ANY value that’s not part of the future. Start playing all the young players and let the chips fall where they may. They’ll beat LV and NE to give them 4 wins and maybe beat the Jets once for 5 wins and maybe an upset or two. 6 or 7 wins - no playoffs and picking 16-20 in the draft. Rinse and repeat. Over and over and over and over and over.
Oh NO, WeSuck Again!!! Lol😢
Tua is the first player we need to trade. He has yet to throw 30+ td's in a year and won't again this year.
you're funny
who would want a Qb made of glass?
Did you see this team without Tua? It's in watchable. At least they competitive and if your defense plays half decent you best the AFC champions
@@mroverdose14 being competitive is not good if you don't have a chance to win the SB. We need to get the best draft picks we can. it is either a SB win or lose them all to get the 1st pick in the draft. those two seasons' results are the only two seasons that are good, anything in between are total failures. Making the playoffs every year sucks if you do not win a SB, all you get are crappy draft picks.
@@mroverdose14 would rather have a crappy qb like say Ridder who loses games then Tua who wins just enough games to get us crappy draft picks. Either win a SB or getting the 1st pick in the draft are the only 2 good seasons, anything in-between are total failures. no way we ever win a SB with Tua.
