I have two of them, they are incredible value , the driver's have an incredible extension and the amps are great too. Add these to a bookshelf speaker at around 80hz you get easily a floorstander destroyer .
Good question. I originally purchased it for music but found it’s not that musical, it’s Better for movies. So being I bought it specifically for music and it’s inputs and it was too boomy for that use not worth it. But if I had bought it solely for movies then yes a very good buy. Probably one of the best subs with its power, size and features in its price range. Thanks for watching
Good question. A few things determine that but mostly it’s the smoothness of the bass. When listening to music the bass is boomy and doesn’t blend well with the other speakers. Remember a good sub should be invisible, when you can tell exactly where the sub is from the sound it’s projecting too much so you get the bass first before the other instruments. Thanks for asking. Hope that helps and thanks for watching
Thanks for the response. Wouldn't that be adjustable via a combination of gain and frequency levels? I thought this sub had a fairly decent linear response. 🍻 From 🇨🇦
@@carsthatgoboom4854 you can adjust it and probably gain some improvement but the speaker itself is limited on the performance. However, you might be able to have better results with a high end preamp or processor. I haven’t tried adjusting it with my Anthem avm70 🤔. Maybe I should

Great set up man.
Was it worth the purchase? Thx

What made it not a musical sub? Thanks
