There are 3 paths for Austria in Kaiserreich - status quo, where nothing changes after the debates, reformation of the empire where it attacks Hungary and later federalises, and the third path being military occupation where Austria has to conquer all of its former crownlands. However, if they fail to do that, their puppets will declare independence and Austria will be annexed by Germany.
They really need to add a Halifax conference mechanic for the Entente and Moscow accord when they’re both fighting the reichpakt/ third international.
