Two English Springer Spaniels, ages 3 and 4. We got them during Covid and no socialization due to our son’s health risks and Covid. Fast forward, dogs are very reactive towards other dogs. We live on almost 6 acres, so very little exposure to other dogs outside of the vet, or if we attempt a walk off property (not usually successful unless we avoid dogs). Work on training them together or separately? One is easily distracted, while the other tunes in more easily while training. Need to restart from some basics and go from there again. Would ultimately like to be able to walk at the park with them and have them not react to visitors in our home.

I tried the long leash for some weeks but my dog just sit or lay down in the ground not wanting to come. I don't want to hurt their neck eather. I tried go at him and made him walk to me previuos place., but after repeating is always the same... not wanting to recall... is crazy coz the dog follow me in the house to every where and is a very loving dog. But recall is an issue, Any advice?
I highly recommend the e-collar, my dog hates the shock so much I've used the shock only a few times, he is very responsive to just the beep (because of the association of the shock)
I am excited to use the beep and this training video and ultimately just have the e-collar on as just a pretty decoration!
Here is the e-collar I use - make sure to adjust shock settings based on you're dog's size, my pup is is 60lbs so I keep it right around 80% - which is pretty high but again I don't want to use it at all, and when I do I want it to mean something - any less than 50% and my dog fully ignores it haha
Please learn how to use an e-collar from a professional trainer, so you don’t mess up your dog and end up with way more problems. E-collars are a wonderful tool if used properly.

thank you so much for videos are awesome I'm currently training my 8 year old dog who was abandoned by his previous owners who is lynching a reactive at other dogs but I quickly changed that because of your videos you having tips for teaching heal
Sorry but you should not need a tool at all.Get a good realashionship with ya dog nd y dog will want to follow.
