started running at 47. very good outcome!
for Monica and others--- success IS stepping out of your comfort zone. everything after that is learning. if you learn something, you never fail, you just eliminate that one approach and move on to the next!
glad to see you wearing that helmet! xo

Lauren Richardson thank you! You’re SO right! We can learn from every single experience, making no experience a waste.
Also, your daughter would kill me if I didn’t wear it! Haha!

I got out of my comfort zone by taking on a profession which required public speaking, when I've always been terrified of even asking questions in school. Now I love public speaking. This is my first time here. This is great content! Thanks Kyle.

Hahah man, last two years i have going out of my comfort zone almost every day! First I have started my own traveller's app (I haven't done this before - we did it and we crushed it down), I have met a lot of people to look for investors for our project. I have met so many people to talk about this project (and i am just a UI/UX designer, not entrepreneur). Becouse of this project i have started doing vlogs and videos and i am still learning how. Going out of comfort zone is the best way to learn more for yourself, what you are capable of. You got me subscribed man! :)

Tsvetan V Life thank you for subscribing man! I really appreciate it! I’m glad you found a constructive way to get out there and make things happen!
How is the app!? Can I download it somewhere?

Love it man and thanks for wearing your helmet on your boosted *fist bump*
Your message is 100% true. Feeling uncomfortable means you're growing. Talking to the camera was super uncomfortable for me to start, but I wouldn't be making videos today if I hadn't.

Nick Shaw dude, talking on camera is so hard, and doing it in public is EVEN HARDER! I’m SO glad you have overcome that and are making some good stuff!
I grew up with an RN mom... she’d still kill me if she saw me riding ANYTHING, with wheels without a helmet!

About that lady's question... "success was bulit on failures!" As I like to say "Do your mistakes and learn your lessons!" And this is the moto of my channel!

Leaving your comfort zone does involve risk and could be wonderful but it could also lead to total disaster. There is no promise that you will be flying high, its a gamble with the possible outcomes of failure or success. Its great that your disk surgery was a success, but other people have had cervical surgery and suffer from severe dysphagia (cant swallow food), and the inability to speak due to damaged vocal cords. Anytime a person has a major surgery there are a myriad of complications that potentially could arise and become a nightmare. The reason why we have confort zones is to prevent these horrible scenarios.
