I actually used to massage my scalp every night - don't ask why I used to spend 5 hours a day just sitting in my bed, watching UA-cam, because I have no social life whatsoever 😂 But massaging is probably one of the fastest hair growing methods!I'm not sure how it works but it trained my hair to grow an inch a month when I was 12/13. I'm 15 now! 😂 The only downside is that my hair would get super oily since it's very oily prone, but it's also naturally fast at growing.

    2 serious questions!
    1) How much time it took to grow your hair this long?
    2) how to make hair moisturized and healthy?

After watching this video, I figured that I've been massaging my scalp the wrong way. I used to rush it too much rather than being gentle about it, but now I've learned the right way to massage it, and honestly it's so soothing. Thank you for this useful video.

You need to go from the center to your ears (the side), and from the front to the back of your head to follow the blood circulation.
This is the 2 rules of Indian head massage ♡
There are so many pression points.

    • @eeaotly
      @eeaotly 3 роки тому +1

I know that it's done exactly in the opposite manner. Years ago I have found these rules about skalp massage in a book about intelligence enhancement or something like that. It was supposed to boost the blood circulation of the brain and boost memory and general cognition. I was a student so I needed that. I did that scalp massage religiously every day for as long as mentioned in that book. After a while, a friend of mine came to visit me. Her first observation was: "Wow! Your hair grew so long in such a short time!". She was the one who made me realise that the massage actually helps my hair too...

Hey! There are a lot of reasons why our hair is falling out. Sometimes, it could be a health issue, stress, vitamin deficiency, your either on your telogen stage, and the list goes on and on. Sometimes, it's best to visit a doctor or a dermatologist to have your condition look at.

When you massage with your fingers or massager tips, do you actually always touch the same position when you do the circular motion or do you move on your hair please ? The latter would be the same as scratching though.

Leaves hair soft yet, with more body and, as with the Argan Rain shampoo, there is a definite tingling sensation on the scalp indicating something is at work. Make sure the product is massaged into the scalp and allowed to sit for 2 minutes or more for the best results.

Hey Keren, I have a question. I'm growing my hair out from a buzzcut, and am at the 9 month mark. I've avoided massaging my scalp because I'm worried that I'm causing friction on the roots of my hair & making them weaker. My hair is really thick, so when I oil it it's hard to disperse the oils, and that experience has made me anxious to massage my scalp too. My question is, am I just being overly cautious? Is rubbing the hairs together when you massage just harmless & part of the process? Thank you so much in advance for your help!

I wanted to know which shampoo and conditioner brand or type do you recommend for my hair? My hair has become dry and very frizzy. I tried doing a fish tale braid, and I did it but it lasted about 2mins before it stared getting frizzy and looked like mess. Any advise?

Keren you should try Tio nacho Mexican herbs shampoo. My hair is already thick but my hair seemed to grow faster with this. There is a bunch of good ingredients such as jocoba in it and it also made my hair really soft. It smells like honey. If you do try this, please do a video on it so people can see how well it works.

Nope, I'm very gentle with it and it vibrates so if you don't want to drag it around your head, you can simply put it on the area where you want it to massage. I'm not so sure if I'm explaining myself correctly. Hehe..Hopefully, that made sense. :)

Here’s a tip for anyone who wants to properly massage their scalp without having to cut their long nails: bend your fingers the way that people do after they paint their nails and are waiting for them to dry (lol it’s hard to explain without a picture) and use the nail plate (the flat pink part of the nail) to stimulate the scalp in a circular motion. This will make it easier for all you long nailed girls to do a scalp massage without the length of the nail getting in the way

I think using oil is an unnecessary mess, Ive done the inversion method and gotten some results with no oil, just clean dry hands and hair. I think the key to scalp massage is just getting the blood flow there that body hair has more access to and so thats why it grows faster than head hair.

satarupa karmakar That's just hair fall!! ^^ The oil is tacky, so it pulls at the weak hairs which were going to fall out anyway.
A lot of people with thin hair don't like this.
I recommend cream!! ^^ (Hair cream, nivea, body lotion whatever!! ^^) Maybe the LCO or LOC method could help you!! ^^ 💛💛 Xx

I had the same problem till I changed my shampoo. Maybe it might help you. Oiling hair with heavy oils will pull hairs from root so try to use lighter oils and oil your scalp softly, don't snag or pull.

Unused toothbrush with castor or coconut oil. Just use a scrubing/brushing motion for a few mins where you want the brows to grow. Helped me.

Nope, but it is not harsh on the scalp. It has to be sturdy because it suppose to vibrate on your scalp. :)
