Thanks for uploading such educational videos, what country does this process takes place? Its very similar to Family Group Conference (FGC) which is legislated in New Zealand. I found FGC to be a fantastic frame work as it empowers the family to take a bigger role of protecting their children and the safety plan is formulated in partnership with the family, extended family and their support network.
