Swiftwater Swim Tactics

Swimming in swiftwater requires a solid knowledge of water dynamics and using both defensive and aggressive swim tactics to navigate to a location in the river or safety. If done correctly, a minimal amount of energy will be needed.
Swim smart in swiftwater - acquire and watch your target - make your move well in advance and use the water dynamics to your advantage.

I Naturally Liked swimming in rivers people would be in tubes I would at most have my fins miss the water.
