hell yes, all you here everywhere about mixing drums, vocals and stuff, here shown IN DETAIL to learn from. great material. song is so-so, not my style, but i do appreciate the MPC one how to content!
Thank you guys for all your nice comments! It was so fun to work with you Marrcello 🔥 This is definately not the last time I will be joining the channel…. 😛
Agreed. Especially when youve taken the time to put the chapter info in. We watch it all the way through, then return and jump around to get refreshers.
Marcello: "You cant say s**t on this channel, i will mute it" Lybrea: "im so sorry" Marcello: "ok lets record" Lybrea: "i dont know what the F**K iam doing" 😂
Really great Video - helps with my decision to maybe buy the mpc one. I honestly think the rimshot is way present though. I would have turned it down by at least by 4-8 db.
Very good video. I'm using MPC one a bit now, but I remain frustrated by the strong interface separation between audio and midi tracks, not very helpful for both recording and improvising sessions.
very good job brow i am sam tha specialist from holland one of tha fastest mc out there and also making live beats maybe in the future we can do some damage one lov brow and keep up the good work blessings nice collab saving the world i am amsterdam and you coming germans krayzie
Great video and insights! Interesting way of producing on the MPC. I loved the way you both treated the vocal recording and mixing, I definitely will purchase the Focuswrite interface and mic to record my own voice. One thing: the mastering on Ableton is hard to beat if you want to finish the mastering touch entirely on the MPC… or do I have to follow the mastering workflow you explained on the long video you posted while ago (about mixing and mastering)? I’m trying to use this device as much as possible without having the need to do it on the computer if you know what I mean. Lybrah’s voice is really nice! 😊
Thank you Pablo! The focusrite is a good cheap Interface, I’m pretty happy with it..with the mastering: I’m so used to the plugins that I use in Ableton so I know how they sound, but I think u can also achieve a decent master on the Mpc..I’m more and more getting the fact that it’s the ear not the gear..
@@Marrcello Thank you for you answer! I see it… I’m also more convincing that mixing with your ears is essential. Just out of curiosity: which version of the Focusrite are you using and how are you connecting the cable from the back into the inputs of the MPC? I’m asking because I’ve seen that the interface has two “line outs” and the usb only… 😊
Are these long in depth videos helpful for you? Ps: sorry about the sound quality in this one
They indeed are. I have to set time aside to watch them and then watch them pieces by pieces but it is super useful!
Thanks… I'm from Hamburg also an Mpc user… .. respect👊🏼
Of course they are. Seeing your process is inspirational, please keep teaching us!

Very good! Really! :)
Very good video. I'm using MPC one a bit now, but I remain frustrated by the strong interface separation between audio and midi tracks, not very helpful for both recording and improvising sessions.
Great video, both for general mixing tips and specific ideas on how to use the MPC platform specifically.
Thank you, great to hear that!

My god! How many times I need to cut out the "fuck" from this video 🤣🤣🤣

I don’t know how😂
Love your work.
Great approach.
Kick it's ass.
Thanks a lot Tom!!
How come when I'm panning my vocals, its always dead on the right but heavy on the left side but when I try to even it out it never goes to the right
Doesn't have XLR inputs or a mic preamp?
No.
what cord you use to connect the OG to the MPC one?
Cool, what is the name of the mic? Do you use the same mic for your own vocals? Do you recommend it?
It’s a softronics STC-20 and I have and use it for my own vocals since about 7 years.. it’s quite versatile and I really dig it. ✌️🙌
@@Marrcello Thank you, much appreciated!
😉
.. I don’t know man …
Me neither
Love your work.

Kick it's ass.
Thanks a lot!!
