People forget the name ravenous GUNSLINGER i.e. it seems fitting for the GS set of attack speed ammo cap reload and heashot mutant damage. Imo i used it with just high reload headshot mutant damage and attack speed clothing with an elite grip slapped on it and it honestly worked alot better than with ammo cap. Since i think the theme of the event is speed so reloading attack jogg and sprint speed seem to be the most useful especially for the snow devil boss that has 1-2 second cooldowns before spritning at you again.
It deals a bit more damage but you're losing movespeed and incoming damage that two headed gives and if you're not one clipping bosses then why use it?

I like ronin the all the way, but this free pistol is good

Absolutely not, you can compare that this gun is much worse than two headed devourer stats. Less ammo less stats = medicore and less viable weapon.
