MAYAK KIMBAP (Korean Seaweed Rice Rolls) 🇰🇷

A very popular Korean streetfood! These seaweed and rice rolls filled with veggies are so easy and delicious. 'Mayak' kimbap directly translates to 'narcotic' or 'drug' kimbap because you can't stop at one!

INGREDIENTS
1 cup short grain rice, uncooked
1 tsp Sesame oil
Pinch of Salt
1 bunch Spinach
1 tsp Sesame oil
Pinch os Salt
1 Carrot
Pinch of Salt
2 tsp oil
4 pieces of nori
2-3 strips of Danmuji
2-3 Perilla leaves
Sesame oil
Toasted sesame seeds
