I don't know what it is about your videos in particular but if I close my eyes and play my sitar it doesn't matter that I've never taken any formal teaching, I clan play whatever is in my heart and it sounds just how I imagine it, or just how it sounds when others who were taught play it. Thank you for helping me find that piece of myself.
