very straight forward comparison yet hitting important points. I bought tab s9u because of the screen and sold it less than 2 weeks because it is more laptop weight than tablet weight. Now thinking to get tab s9+.

Been rocking my s9+ for 3 days and Eye love it! It's almost the same exact size as my Pixelbook go 4k that recently started having ghost touching screen issues.
I've owned the tab s6 since new. I've been putting off purchasing the tab 7 and 8 due to the s-pen location. Super excited when they released the s9 range. I was keen on getting the s9 ultra ( I've never seen it in person). The store I went to only sold them online they had the s9+ on display. Man, when I saw the size of the s9+ I was like nah no chance on getting the ultra. Happy as with my s9+ took a bit of getting use to on the screen size compared to the tab s6 I was so use to
I chose the S9 ultra and I have no regrets. I love this huge beautiful screen.

I have the s9+ and for me it's the best on because of how I work. I need something big enough for a clear view that can also be easy to carry.
I love how you just get in there and rapid fire explain all the points without background music and other junk. Excellent video! I'm getting a new tablet for my wife because her eyesight is diminished, so I'm going for the Ultra.

Is brightness an issue on the s9 plus as it only has 650nits of peak brightness
@sohamchaudhari9998 It actually fully depends on what you are used to. For instance, I got my brightness at 10%, and it's totally enough for me. Although many I pads have got higher brightness levels. This means that if you go from an iPad to a Samsung tablet, you will most likely notice the difference. Again though it fully depends on what you are used to or maybe even your daily activities bc if you take your tablet outside in the sunlight you might need to increase your brightness which is consuming a lot of battery.
For home use only get the larger Ultra. For tablet use get the plus.

I've had the S9+ for a while now, and in my opinion, it was one of the best decisions I've made. Although the ultra is still good, it is not for me especially because of the size.

A little thing that annoys me is that huge S9 Ultra has a notch in the screen for the dial selfie cameras, where the S9+ has none

At 2:37 you forget to take into account splitscreen (textbook/browser/lecture video snapped to the side) during note-taking, for which the S9 ultra is much better.
I have the s7+ and was pondering the ultra 9 as with discounts it is less than 500.00 with trade in. But I am a bit hesitant as to screen size for on my lap etc. First world problems for sure. Plus new keyboard cover is an extra expense.

in my opinion the tab s9 ultra is great it is really powerful and has a nice big screen but i will go for the tab s9 plus just because it is bigger than the base model and big enough to use and the tab s9 ultra is too big for portability, if i stay inside for work i will go for the tab s9 ultra but if you are a student or travel to work a lot and needs on of them but want quite a big display i will go for the s9plus

I just went to the store, and the s9 is slightly bigger and taller than 2 fold 3's side by side. S9+ is about 2 and a half fold 3 phones. If you want more portability, the s9 should suffice and is decently big. The ultra felt too heavy to use in one hand while using the pen.
And there's me who buy S9. It's still an increase in size though as I came from mi pad 4, which is about 8inch.😂 S9+ seems good though, but I'll go with portability first.
