If you did surgery to reshape the tissue, how would you deal with the prostheses in the meantime? Reline?

A reline could be a temporary solution however it should be done with significant flange adjustments to make sore impingement does not occur

I am sure I have seen prosthetics constructed with flabby ridges on mind, with spaced impression trays around the flabby area.
