I leveled up to 1900 on second sea because of the lag my phone had. Sometimes when I go to third sea, it would crash my game and I'll need to rejoin again which is very annoying so I stayed in second sea and upgraded there until I got a PC.
Now I have a PC, I skipped almost half the grinding in the third sea lol. I even got some drops in third sea after that.

1 -- you can do citizen quest after lvl 1800 only
2 -- for getting haki v2 you have to complete citizen quest first

Just skip port town and some of the hydra warriors and grind the giant npcs at hydra island and just use elite hunters until the giant npcs

I farmed In pistol billionare till lvl 1658(doing stone when he spawn) then i got to archers because i can get 4 of them together pretty easily

Buddha awakened is prob considered the best farming fruit if you are actually looking
Magma too is rank 2, very high dmg and moves have big aoe and for how it's a logia making it the best for afk grinding and getting multiple npcs to gain mastery
Respect how you showed logia requirements
Also great job on hitting 10k subs, hope you reach the 15k+ sooner or later
