    Really nice property, only complaint I have is the finishes are a bit inconsistent from room to room.

      I agree! Variation can be good, but too much change can be distracting.

      I think the price point is spot on. For what you see. I do believe that a Reno of modification may be needed (if HOA allows)

    Wonderful house. It needs some updating and some cosmetics. Trying to make bathrooms like the same kind of weird and I would update the kitchen a little bit with better appliances and get rid of that red room.

      Definitely! Paint, brighter lighting, and decluttering will be help a lot.

    That casita is way too busy. I don’t like the master bath shower either in the main house, it’s claustrophobic. Reminds me of Mesa ridge. No good

      incline @ ascension
      used home in reverence
      aside from the fact ascension is new. im talking all the other variables location etc whats your thoughts? these seem to be the 2 that will be in my budget

      ​@jimmymcgill5572 I would give the slight advantage to Ascension due to the surrounding neighborhoods having higher home values which give you a better resale value. The surrounding areas of Reverence do not have high priced homes compared to Ascension.

    THE HOMEOWNER NEEDS TO DECLUTTER AND NEUTRALIZE THE HOME WITH THE PAINT AND PERSONAL CLUTTER. IT'S DISTRACTING.

    Love your Las Vegas promos. Wonder if you could give measurements of each room Eg. Family room, kitchen and premium bedroom. A view of the HVAC would also be great, especially when there is geothermal/solar energy. Thanks

      Android Phone? I have a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra and shooting with a Sony DSLR Mirrorless camera.

      ​@AlanHuiRealty You should check some of your video settings..going with HDR video settings will improve the camera's exposure from light to dark areas and is highly editable...it was very hard to the inside of the house..I have a 24 ultra also I get awesome results from using the HDR settings..

      @@TheMerriell Shooting with a DSLR or mirrorless camera is very difficult when going from a dark area to a bright area as you need to change the ISO/Aperature/Shutter speed. With phone cameras, they automatically do this but they have small sensors so they do not do well in dark zooms.

    Your sound effect for your overdubbing, your microphone, I’m not sure what exactly is going on here, but it is absolutely horrible. How did you get to the point to where you’re going to do all of this but then make this audio your final choice? Clean it up.
    There is zero reason why your audio should be so horrible. It’s overly loud and garbled and breaking up. You need to get an editing program and study it and learn how to use it to make your videos more listenable. They are definitely watchable, but not listenable.
    Slow your cadence down. You have an accent and your garbling some of the English words together to where it makes it hard to understand what you’re saying.
    I wish you the best, but to have gotten to this point where you are and then produced this level of product???
    It’s a lower quality product than what you should’ve been produced.

      I'm sorry, but after checking out your UA-cam channel and watching your videos, you have zero credibility. It's easy to judge. Sometimes, we need to take a look in the mirror. I am a realtor and video production is the last of my worries.
