Yup!!! We lost our lunch break & all our senior techs at the same time. I used to have 6 knowledgeable techs/interns rotate thru at one location. Cvs expected me to cover the first & last 2 hours alone. As soon as an issue arose - everyone stopping in wants to ask "are you working alone?" The customers know 1 person can't possibly tend to the pick-up, drop off & multiple phone lines while typing, filling & checking. Hey GREAT COSBY !!!!! I love you Dr Shaw!!!! funny man !!!!

Or when they are standing in line and I ask how may I help you you picking up ? No I need the key. Ok it’s at the end of the counter just go grab it. Them standing there at the counter looking at me. Walk to the counter and gives them the key I swear I need to get paid more lol 😂
LMAO.........I laughed so hard. It's all so true! Except you would never get ahold of the insurance company that fast.........you'd be on hold for 20 mins or have to talk to a robot. Besides that, I loved this.
My Hospice patients, on palliative chemo, were grateful for it. W/MMW, they could actually eat SOMETHING! When Hospice pt's were willing & actually desired something/ANYTHING to eat, it was a day to celebrate!❤ Personally had apthous ulcers @ one point, painful AH!, Doc ordered MMW. Dead certain my pain didn't hold a candle to what my patients on chemo & xrt endured.

Hilarious. Had the “my tech called out blues.” I’m an NP and my MA was out 2 wks because her son had the COVID (he did great). The fill-in MA “doesn’t draw blood” so I was behind everyday for 2 weeks. 🤦♀️

Only four times did people ever say thank you. Twice were ladies crying and telling me their life story at drive through. They just needed somebody to listen. Felt good to help them and the pharmacist covered counter for me. One was a mom looking for a cream to help her daughter who was breastfeeding and needed something for cracked nipples. I knew what to do, my wife had the same problem. Took mom over to the baby isle and showed her the lanolin cream. Got a good job from the pharmacist when I got back.
I miss pharmacy so much. I just left on Friday. I miss my staff and the patients. Now it really hurts not seeing them even if there was some crazy things going on. (Ive had a pt throw something at me for ID on an ampheda/dextro) 😂
I HATE when patients come in and bang on the counter and act like they own the pharmacy 🙄. Lord have mercy. My blood pressure is getting elevated just thinking about it. Oh, and when they stare at you while you fill the prescriptions like bro... Why? The fake RX IS AMUSING AF!
Worst call ever is when the ppt calls n tell me to fill all that's refillable ugh. Then they come to the pharmacy and refuse to get it or have someone else pick them up. Then they call to return half of them cuz they dont take it anymore ugh
4:00 Why do you answer your phone? I left a message on my answering machine that I would be out of country until Feb 19th and let my voicemail box fill up.... that was back in 2016. Never been happier, if caller ID says it's a family member or friend, I answer, if not go to voicemail... Except you can't go to voicemail because it's full. You're problems stay as they belong, YOURS!
