In all of the songs that she sings, from a very early age to the present, does Angelina understand the songs that she sings...witness her singing "Summertime," for example. This is a very old and difficult song to sing and yet she sings it beautifully as well as her other songs like "Yellow Brick Road," "Suspicious Minds," etc. To answer the question. I’ve been waiting for you to react to her two recent covers “Mercy” and “House of the Rising Sun”. Her cover of Mercy is the official opening soundtrack for a new movie called The Hating Game and she does Duffy proud! AJ plays her own guitar for The House of the Rising Sun and does a very credible job of it and, of course her vocals are terrific. All the best!

Great reaction as always, so thank you guys for that. By now we all know how amazingly gifted she is, so I was going to comment on something different. I wish that the up and coming coming artist, as well as many of the current superstars would go back to what Angelina has always done, and that is focus on the music. Angelina doesn't need a big production, does need to sell how she looks or have people bouncing around i skimpy clothing. Her videos are minimalistic by design. When Angelina sings, it is all about the music. If there is a video, its only there to help tell a story. She is just total class, an incredible Musician, absolutely timeless in her sound, incredibly creative in her arrangements and her gift is undeniably beautiful. I dont know how popular she will be. She has never been someone to follow main stream, to gain popularity. She doesn't have to. All she needs is somewhere to put a microphone and start singing. Actually she doesn't even need the microphone (LOL)) Once she does, you are hooked, and she just takes control of your sole. To me she is the youngest old school singer that I have ever heard. I always feel like she was born 75 years to late. Back then music was still about musicality. Something that since has long been lost. releases by Billie Holiday, then goes all the way over to the furthest opposite end
of the jazz spectrum, where Amy Winehouse resided as the most uniquely different
jazz singer of all time, and brings into the song 'raw' inflections like 'slurring' words for
effect, and radical 'key' changes withing specific lines of the song which was another
hallmark of Amy's style of jazz. This intricate, complex form of weaving all three artists
into a tapestry, that no individual singer has ever done, is what we get here. Add in the
visuals that center on her 'Persian Princess' eyes and we are totally mesmerized. When
'Alexander The Great' conquered the known world he took as his bride a Persian Princess
named Roxanne who was the daughter of the Persian King he just defeated. Had Alexander
been able to hear Angelina's angelic vocals, and taken in the full beauty before him , there's
no way Roxanne would not have been replaced by Angelina as his Queen.
Your mentioning of Amy Winehouse was exactly what I thought at the start but I think, now, that she's definitely a long overdue replacement for Peggy Lee, especially as her voice naturally deepens.

She must have cataloged an unbelievable amount of vocal
memories from artists too numerous to mention and then
whenever the urge arises in her, out comes a specific artist's
nuance and/or inflections. Her being a natural 'vocal chameleon'
does help, as well.

Not that calling them covers makes much sense, given how she manages to overturn and innovate in an unpredictable way everything she plays. I hope she never ceases to amaze us, because she is absolutely out of the ordinary and capable of empathizing like no one else. They are truly 16 years overflowing with unique talent and a fantastic jazz!
You should also look at his latest posts on TikTok (or Instagram), in recent months she has posted small parts of different interpretations, they are almost all sung a cappella in front of the phone and are great songs by Duffy, LP, Adele, Drake, Richie, Smith , Sting, Styles, Animals, and they are all absolutely fantastic, for the passion and naturalness that she manages to convey with her raw voice.💛 🧡 ❤️

Not just Angelina, but others as well. Your channel has grown significantly since I first started watching, and that is a testament to your hard work. Now you can really have a positive impact on these artists, by encouraging your viewers to go to the artists channels to like and subscribe thereby helping their algorithm. Great reaction as always, so thank you guys for that. By now we all know how amazingly gifted she is, so I was going to comment on something different.
I wish that the up and coming coming artist, as well as many of the current superstars would go back to what Angelina has always done, and that is focus on the music. Angelina doesn't need a big production, does need to sell how she looks or have people bouncing around i skimpy clothing. Her videos are minimalistic by design. When Angelina sings, it is all about the music. If there is a video, its only there to help tell a story. She is just total class, an incredible Musician, absolutely timeless in her sound, incredibly creative in her arrangements and her gift is undeniably beautiful. I dont know how popular she will be. She has never been someone to follow main stream, to gain popularity. She doesn't have to. All she needs is somewhere to put a microphone and start singing. Actually she doesn't even need the microphone (LOL)) Once she does, you are hooked, and she just takes control of your sole. To me she is the youngest old school singer that I have ever heard. I always feel like she was born 75 years to late. Back then music was still about musicality. Something that since has long been lost. Maybe she can help keep those olden days alive, maybe not, either way she will go down as one of the most amazing singers to ever perform, because a gift like hers cant be held back, no matter what the music industry feels. is or isn't star quality.
