The description says "tutorial" but the guy only shows how to install it and then instead of showing how to use it (as the word "tutorial" implies) he proceeds to advertise 2 alternative password managers. Pathetic!
I agree that the video have adds, but It does teach you how to add a new entry and also recommends you some plugins, don't be a hater just for the sake of it, channels needs sponsors
Yea I agree with other's comment, this isn't a tutorial. Well you do realize that using keypass is a little bit complicated, that's why I'm clicking your video in the first place, TO KNOW HOW TO USING IT PROPERLY. But you just advertising other password manager instead. Because you can't even see the dislike count, +1 dislike from me.
I'll add another dislike. This wasn't a tutorial. It was a brief overview mostly designed to bash keepass for looking old. Because you can't get affiliate money from keepass and getting paid was the only motivation behind this video. Otherwise you would have listed more than just the two alternatives you happened to have affiliate deals with.
Good effort to address Keepass as a password manager for beginners, technical aspects explained well. However the video could probably have been a bit more detailed or probed deeper into the subject matter.
Keepass is just not that hard, even for newbs. It's very logical. Huge plus is that you never have to worry about internet connectivity, online account/vendor breach or logging your IP, privacy issues, it's 'old school' and simple. If you're protecting office PCs, for example, it's perfect. Features that it lacks are also vulnerabilities/potential liabilities, for the most part.
What a stupid app. Why I need to copy and paste my passwords? I can use a notepad to copy and paste all my passwords, why do I need an app for that? I thought this app would open all my applications and urls and paste all my usernames and passwords automatically ! If these type of apps do not do that, then I'll install them. What a waste of time... copy and paste... duh!
LastPass...I'll Pass, go read my free Substack for secure implementation of KeePass with YubiKey and encrypted DB backup to AWS S3. Bits, Bytes & Security

Making a video to disrespect an opensource project over a cheap ad .. shame
Absolutely

Printing it makes sense if you want to keep it in a safe or in your will, so those left behind can access the needed accounts.

Thanks, I'll keep that in mind for the future videos!

How to enable MFA while signing into KeePass ?
Very frustrating trying to find the database file. Was using whisper for years, not compatible with win 11 64 bit.
There are KeePass apps on iOS now. I am deciding between IOSKeePass & KeePassium
Does anyone know of a good KeePass IOS application?

Thansk Mike! And a question: does the system work with storing the database in the cloud as well? For example pCloud. Ihave tried with no success yet.
Hi, with apple-google-microsoft passkey, will it still be pertinent to use a free password manager ??
Yes if you are not locked to apple o Microsoft ecosystems
still waiting for the tutorial. Especially after being told 4 times the product is complex to use.
sadly it's not available on iOS. There's just some KeePassium app which was created by Russian guy. I had to uninstall xD
Tutorial sucked. I was expecting how to use it in a variety of ways .... Title should be Review and promo....
Title says tutorial but you haven’t said anything about the application, just installed and next ads. Shit.
DISLIKE
Because you treat me like an idiot.
I am not a normie, I know what a Computer is meant for.
As a Keepass tutorial, this was utterly worthless.
KEEPASS sucks ! I cannot use it on my 4K screen. super tiny fonts, and ugly UI.
