Nice home, but crammed into a ridiculously small piece of property. No chance I would buy a home with no property like this. Toll Brothers did the same thing in the city where I live. Meh.

Dallas doesn't have a lot of waterfront properties... Some communities have very large ponds with homes overlooking the ponds. There is a community called the Tribute that has homes on Lake Lewisville.
Any home can have a private pool here.

How much is this model approximately with all of those upgrades?
I do not have a price for all upgrades. A home of this caliper in this community could easily have $300K or more in upgrades. $1.9m to $2.1m would be my estimate.

How much and taxes with insurance
There are several floor plans to choose from and there are also 2 different series of homes being offered by Toll Brothers in the Fields. The Woodlands are on 60-foot lots and they start at $1.250m. The Summit collection is on 70+ foot lots and they start at $1.5-$1.6m. Taxes are roughly 2% and will be going down next year with the HomeStead exemption being increased to $100,000 from $40,000... That is going to make a BIG difference in taxes. Homeowners insurance is going to vary based on your coverage. Feel free to give me a call and we can talk more about prices and availability.
Yeah, very pricey given the fact that market is not favorable for buyers!! It should be less than 1 mil, with all the decor,. On the 70 lot,.

I don't like the colors at all. So dark, gloomy and ominous. I like bright whites.
Picking the right colors can change the entire feel of a home.

You obviously are not familiar with the Frisco Texas market or the Fields community. This community is one of the top new master-planned communities in the country.

Higher prices have made it difficult/impossible for millions of people to purchase a home. The number of home sales has dropped by nearly 3 million homes per year. That's a 35%-40% reduction in sales in the last 2 years. For you to think that "Inflated prices" are a good thing for Real Estate Professionals shows how little you understand about how this business works.
