Yeah, basically Anachiro on steroids. Since they weren't able to get Cinderella directly, looks to me like the new Heretics were using her weapon and data to mobilize it without her, creating this abomination with the Harmony Cube.
Fitting, because we ended "Anachiro" in this form and recovered Cinderella, no small thanks to Grave's efforts and Behemoth's mistakes out of boredom.
