Coffee for Everyone: Intro

We're starting a coffee education series because coffee is wonderful and complex. What we do behind the bar may seem like a big, complicated mystery, but anyone can understand and make great coffee! We’re going to use this series to answer all those pressing coffee questions like "What is grind size?" "What the heck is ‘wet-hulled’?," and of course, "How do you get hearts in your lattes?"
