Christina was special since she could sing EDM, Christian, and pop music. She never sold out, and never sounded fake. It’s why we loved her music. It’s another reason why we still miss her.
She could also sing R&B and that's what she was best at

As a Christian I related to her so much. Many Christians said she shouldn’t be singing or making pop music, only Christian music. I just rolled my eyes.

Her music is still being released and it feels like she is still physically here. We all miss her and mama Grimmie more everyday then we can ever think. She was by far the best and most pure person I have ever heard or seen. She never had drama, never strayed from hard topics and always spoke with truth. I wish more and even I was like her in that regard. We love you Grimmie family forever and always

Christina once said back in 2013 she was gonna post a cover of Call Me by Shinedown I wonder if you guys have that video somewhere? If you google "christina grimmie call me shinedown" you can see her tweet and facebook post. They were on Nov 15-16 of 2013, when she was on tour
I remember her saying this as well and I got so excited. Her and Shinedown have always been my favorite 2 artists. I really hope it exists and we can see it someday.

I felt the same when Robin Williams passed. He was a big part of my childhood, always able to make me laugh and smile. Then he was just gone. We lose people every day, but Christina's passing reminds me of Robin Williams. It's the light of a kind hearted soul that has gone out that makes the world seem a little less beautiful. Everytime I hear her name it makes my heart drop and it's not a feeling I can shrug off.
