Afterburn: also known in the fitness world as the “afterburn effect,” simply put, the more intense the exercise, the more oxygen your body consumes afterward.

Have you prayed and asked who your tribes are? Each tribe has it's own calling in the order of thing's. Tribes are supposed to stay in their lane. Asher Gad Naphtali are teacher's. Simeon are hearer watchman prophet's. Dan are seer prophet's and warrior's. As some examples. Dan is also the Eagle standard for overcomes. .Judah law givers.
You can be annointed through multiple tribes. However your primary tribe is who you are in the order.
