None of this seems obvious enough, to pickup while watching, imho. I heard many people were confused after seeing this movie. So elaborate editing and all is a bit pointless if the audience cannot "get the point" without experts explaining.
Most of the audience was confused because of the inaudible dialogues and the amount of Physics involved. Editing, Sound Design, and all the aspects had nothing to do with it. If anything they made the film much more comprehensible as discussed in the video.
He actually mentioned that it's not about editing and such, but you need to repeat it anyway? It's an awful film and thankfully it has nothing to do with the professionals that worked on this movie, it's just an insane concept and anyone with half a brain would notice this as garbage.

English is not my first language.
While I never thought about the path of light is reversed, there are a lot of such concepts ignored not because Nolan forgot about them but because it was a creative decision like any other Sci-Fi film.
@ sachin sati yup there are lots of things that are usually ignored for the sake of science fiction in movies.
But I don't why it's not that convincing.
I can't like a movie if there are things wrong in a way that I myself would have never made such an decision.
But to be honest, never thought about the light path! Thx, that's clever 👍
Thanks for watching!
Is this Nolan's first use of a PoV shot?
Nolan should direct Mission impossible with Tom cruise. Records will come closer to Titanic and Avatar
if Rope was the “failed experiment” what movie of AH was the success?
When a filmmaking class turned into maths class 😅
Standard for Nolan breakdowns haha
It was a complex plot
Still waiting for the fight 2 guy to be running backwards down the hall.
Tenet is first Nolan's film 😆
Why the departed movie is so special?
poor Jennifer Lame, i know the struggle girl !!!
I want to understand why the cars crash in reverse
Why or how?
@@StudioBinder A bit of both I guess. If you are driving while reversed do you need a special car that is in reverse also🤔 The car driving backwards makes a decent amount of sense, but the crash or specifically the ‘uncrash’ was very confusing.
If someone has to explain the movie in a UA-cam video, the director is doing something wrong.
You really can't get through a video without putting the sequel starwars trilogy in it, can you?
Yup
I Brando, I direct Nolan.
Hi Brando
@@StudioBinder I guess Brad Pitt owns me now.
OldBoy elevator scene
Another great example of the use of perspective.
Nice
ai voice over is cool :)
Normally I love every video you make, but this time not, the movie used as an example is too distracting. I can't stop thinking about how terrible that movie is..
To each their own!
Spoiler warning! Hah! Tenet is SPOILER PROOF. No way to give away the ending, because there are so many facts to keep track of.
haha true
