Yes it is on quest. To get the mod you need a oculus link cable or your charger (depends if your charger does or does not work.) and a pc or laptop. You also need to join a discord server. After you are done all of that you need to download quest patcher and the mods you want through the discord server. Once done go on quest patcher and press browse and select the mods you want.
