i've been using them for ages myself, switching from 1.14 lemmy nylons made a huge change in string excursion

Your playing is good and solid, but I honestly feel like the bass could have used some multiband compression and a bit more grind. Tis just my opinion though. Keep up the good work. I love seeing bassists who are into honing their craft, rather than just being lazy underachievers like most bass players out there. Liked and subbed.

It's a Dingwall Combustion. Not sure how much his was, but you won't find one less than a grand

dingwall abxxx. Prolly 2500 or more. The combustion series are a lot more affordable, used ones being around 1,000. My ng-2 was 1850.

On guitar its Drop C, but it seems that the true lowest strings on Werners bass is tuned CFC
