I can't believe Hansi is really singing live, he sounds better than ever. Kudos to the sound technician too, because the whole sound quality is amazing in this vid. I'm glad to see D&W back together after so long :)

By far one of the best metal vocalists hands down...
I think it's hard to pick one who's the best metal vocalist. Hansi is one of them, but there's also Devin Townsend, Simon "ICX Vortex" Hæstens, Robert Plant, Mikael Akerfeldt etc. I'm thinking they're all sounds as good as possible, only difference is they voice tone. Guess they're all at spot number one
I saw them on tour only a handful of months after this, at a relatively small venue in Seattle, WA. And they played just as hard, if not even a little bit harder, for all 400 of us in the crowd that day. Which was pretty fucking amazing once you see how many people they've got in front of them here.
wow. I am fired up to see Demons and Wizards active again. Hansi’s voice is solid on this live singing...
I saw Blind Guardian a couple years back and just saw D&W last week. I have to say I think Hansi sounded better on this tour than with BG!
Cherish it, because they're probably gonna disappear for another decade after next year.

DEMONS & WIZARDS is such great and mind-blowing band that I'm just speechless. This is music of my metal soul. And Hansi is the BEST vocalist for my ears and my heart.

I have a ton of respect for Fredreik Ehmke. He's up there cleanly playing Bobby Jarzombek and Richard Christy drum parts. Dude is an incredible drummer!
Richard Christy didn't play on either of the albums, it was Bobby on the second one and Mark Prator on the first one. :)
I disagree. It's painfully obvious, that Ehmke doesn't have the power or technique to follow these songs. It's a huge let down, because the rest of this lineup is very strong 🔥
@@MichaelHolmgaard He can even play jazz and fusion. He has plenty of technique to play speed metal.

He was better in nov 2021 in Krefeld. When his voice is in good shape Hansi is insane.
It is unbelieveable how good you guys sound live. I am a BIG fan since the beggining of the band and listen to the whole albums quite often, they don't saturate in any ways, same adrenaline I felt first time I listened to them.
I was there. It was truly as amazing as it sounds, and even better. Easily one of the best live perfomances i ve seen.

Outstanding. Hansi, Jon and Jake Dreyer...so much talent on one stage. Epic.
Just saw them live in Denver. It was fucking incredible, one of the best shows I've ever seen. Everything sounded right on point and the crowd was amazing. As cool as festivals are, nothing beats the sound of a band getting to properly set up and play a headlining set. These guys are the real deal.
This show was nothing less than one hour of pure epicness.

Oh my God, this is insane, the bans is SOLID and I just love it when Hansi puts an effort to sing powerful and hit the critical high notes in the melodies as opposed to altering or going low as he otherwise often does (probably not to strain too much his voice when on tour) but here - ALL HIS MIGHT!!!
