JVC J link J Bus KS-U57 hack DIY Aux-In cable

- This video is a 'How i did it" vid of JVC j-Link or J-Bus link without the actual cable. The main purpose of this is to get an aux-in (ext-it) cable for your iPod, phone, mp3 player. I have used a cable form some old head-phones.
After soldering your cables in you have to activate your aux-in (ext-in) from the menu of your head unit, for mine it was: press and hold "sel" and then press left. You should check your user manual. My HU was a KD-G421.
This works on any jLink or J-Bus.

The KS-U58 cable found on am*azon, supposed similar to JVC one, didn't work on my JVC KD-G632. This video helped me to install my bluetooth receiver work after welding an old mini jack cable! Thanks @Marius Catalin

En otros autoradios simplemente h soldado la masa y L R, y a funcionar, pero con este JVC no reconoce el audio al presionar cd¿hay q hacer alguna combinación d comandos con los botones para activarlo?

This dont work on my jvc ks-fx722r ,when push the CD button nothing happend .I would like to instal mp3,bluetooth module . My Jvc has no AUX,help.

@@catalinfix840 thank you,its working ,but you know what , i instal aux ,but the problem is that my jvc have 4 channels ,аnd when the player work on aux only 2 of the channels work good ,another 2 channels work but not good .what can i do to fix this ?
Same as mine 2 channel is working only front i think but the rear is not working huhu...

I have a JVC KD-G3 and it has an aux cable like yours ( down-middle to right) but doesnt do anything.
It doesnt work for neither input devices or headphones either and also there is no aux selection in the source menu.
Do you have any idea why it's there?

does it need to be wit 3 cables or 2 ?
If you want it to be stereo yes you need 3. 1 for common ground and the other two for left and right.
