Photoshop ne AI base noise reduction is probably the best. Cant tell much difference between it and it and say Topaz, which was probably the best out there before Lightroom's recent upgrade. But if you have a big batch then the new software Ive been collaborating in which you will see announced in next week or so, is definitely the best value as its fixed lifetime price. and gets rid of shadows too. Maybe hold off till then but if you have Lightroom already then its free. Lightroom's will only work with RAW files though or Tiffs
