Nice channel you got here, Mike. Great to see guys your age out staying young on EUCs. I’m not far behind you.

Great concise review and will be purchasing these soon. As a newbie and about to purchase a secondhand V11, what protective products do you recommend I install to somewhat save the EUC from looking trashed while I am learning? I've seen folks do some crazy foam and pool floaty type wraps with duct tape but i'd prefer to make it look a little classier than that! thanks in advance.

Thank you! I never used any protective devices other than on my body 😃 when learning how to ride this wheel. I did scratch up the plastic around the headlight but never broke anything. I would advise riding on a soft surface initially until you can maneuver comfortably and get on and off the wheel in a controlled way, using both sides/legs before moving onto asphalt. Smooth dry uniform lawn or outdoor rubber running track surface. This way, when you fall, the wheel doesn't take a beating. Or your body 😜. Enjoy!

Correct me if I’m wrong but isn’t Nylon materials horrible for wet weather conditions? The plastic can absorb water even from air causing it to swell & deteriorate when wet?
I’d figure you want an 6061 alloy pedal for durability & weather. Just an observation

Good question, I'd think so as well, but they do make some bold claims as to how much stronger they are compared to other materials, including aluminum if I remember correctly. You should check out their website. I can personally say that I've had no degradation of any kind in 2 years of use. Still love mine.

How do you like the NyloNove pedals so far? Do they feel like they have more "give" to make the ride more comfortable?

The flex isn't as noticeable as I had hoped for. I mean, it's not like I'm able to ride an extra hour due to increased comfort. I do feel and prefer the difference over the rigid aluminum pedals, though. So far, no complaints, and I wouldn't hesitate to purchase them again for my next wheel, still to be determined.

@@mikethewheelchairguy Thank you for the update. So far I haven't seen a comparison video between Nylonove, eRides, and Clark pedals so I'm trying to decide which one to pick.

🙄-Recieved a Notice from frank after contacting Nylonova peddels. There not gonna do V13
Peddels because there isn't enough demand so you may wanna go to Ewheels for Wolverines instead.
