In this case, Cooling Tower Needs blow down some portion of water to avoid scaling in side the Heat Exchangers by maintaining solubility of solid ions within the limit. I do not have idea, in that case ZLD can consider or not for this project. We face such problems form some buyers. Pls advice, if any one have experience. Thay advised Blow down water can not put at ETP or out side. Have to evaporate by external heat source. Hence another waste of energy. Thanks to all of u.
