To everyone here, this tech works even when you're at 180 ms, this is pratically not ping based, this is TIMING based.
i have clips of my friend on 160 ms doing it on pro players like zoqax which plays on 50 ms.
repeating, THIS IS NOT PING BASED ITS TIMING BASED
He's not wrong, I used alt acc that has like 60 to 70 ping, and I tried it on my main, and uh, it's absolutely hard because the timing needs to be right. (I did it once and it was absolutely painful to land)

I already knew how to do the lethal air catch but the spin dash tech is a interesting. I used the dash tech (Didn't know it was called twisted till yesterday. A friend taught me a few months ago) twice or three times in combos but I may be able to implement it more now.
It works with both, its just that flowing water isnt inescapable
