Thanks for the hoodie Ella! It fits great. I'd love to see some more bright colours in the merch, as much as black goes with everything something more vibrant would be fun! Glad the weather was nice for the ride over, it seems to have skipped straight to winter now. There's some lovely roads up here. I can definitely reccomend the B664 between Uppingham and Market Harborough, just watch out for the occasional horse or hiker on the road. Best of luck with the channel and artwork -Caleb
Love the fun you have riding - nothing beats it, does it? You and your friends are some of the better riders who post to UA-cam too, so its a pleasure to watch the way you ride. With your hand on the grips, open/closed/off the bar for a short time... it makes no difference if done safely, and comfort makes for good control, so do whats comfortable. I personally don't quickshift on my bikes, but each to their own and because of a constant mesh box it doesn't matter on a bike as long as you back off a little as you do it - I like to use the clutch, though. Keep learning, keep riding and keep having a blast!
Thanks for adjusting that right mirror Ella, it's been sending my OCD through the roof, your riding is really improving IMHO, from the gear changing to the general awareness of the road, it really good to see, ride safe :)
I use an actual GPS rather than my phone. But yes, very handy to know what is coming up after the corner you can't see around yet. Makes for much safer and smother lines when you know what position to exit a corner from & enter the next one from the best position. and probably more important is knowing if you have to slow down ahead of time.
Nice your always happy zipping along your building your road skills well you’ve come on leaps and bounds since you started posting well done ride safe 👍
Clutchless shifting (or quick shifting) is no problem at all if done right and I've been doing it on every bike I've ridden so far. The trick is to time the actual shifting with the lever with letting off the gas and getting on the gas again. If done correctly, it's buttery smooth and will not cause any additional wear on the gearbox. I own a Street Triple R from 2014 with the same color scheme and it's one of the best bikes out there without any fancy electronics. The howl of the airbox above 6000 RPM is just an addiction! 😍
Already missing summer already thinking taking my bike off the road for winter and start doing some upgrades for new year, keep up the videos hopefully we get some nice weather before winter really comes in
autumn comes... honestly it's around 20C and with leather jacket it's quite nice. I enjoy it more than riding in like 30C I just hope it won't rain a lot or be freezing...
Agreed, with the gear I have at the moment (all leather 😅) the heatwaves were a strugge so I'm looking forward to some autumn riding, provided there's not too much rain... we're not off to a good start though 😂
came home today and round the corner and a new gravel pile had appeared. Like someone put it there just for me. I can only assume its trucks taking gravel to construction sites and not ensuring its not leaking out. Ride safe and watch out for gravel
Just found your channel today Ella and I love it. You are a breath of fresh air with your ramblings, very amusing. It’s great to see a younger rider, it’s so hard and expensive to do your test. It really annoys me that you have to take the same test twice before you can get a full A license. My son has just gone through all of this and with the outrageous insurance costs it’s a wonder any younger riders are coming through, so I have the deepest respect for you. Having said that I have been riding for 55 years and still do around 16k a year. My 25 year old son and I have done the TT, Spain, Portugal, Andorra, France, Gibraltar and Scotland in the last couple of years. He has a MT09 SP now and he loves it. Keep the vids coming.
Your comment on rear brake. Front brake to 10 mph rear brake for slow work and stopping softly. As for gears use clutch less you got quick shifter. You ride well. When filtering make sure you have a return slot in case you need to get out the way. Have fun.
Hey i see you got the ninja 250r. What type of quad lock you got? Im planning on getting a 250r once i get my license. I haven't been able to find other than clutch/brake reservoir mount. And to get on that mounts right in the middle would be perfect🤩
Depending on where you are you should consider devils Bridges’s and rhayader dam most beautiful roads and scenery I have ever done on my motorcycle in the uk Yes I love the triumph street triple 765 too but they are so expensive and will depreciate a lot I’ve seen the Suzuki gsxs750 is cheaper more powerful and has an extra cylinder so it will sound much nicer too. I’ve booked my a licence 🥳 for 2 months time 🙈
8:56 The Struggle is real especially with a 5 speed 125, Bike is already screaming enough in 5th gear having to drop into 4th gear just to get an OUNCE of extra power, its just asking to be put out of its misery. 😭😭
Not really a quickshift. It's a clutchless shift. I think it is mostly used in motorcross and isn't bad for the gearbox if you do it right as you stated. Up clutchless is alot less damaging then down and then messing it up. Then again, if you want to quickshift.. just look for a Healtech quickshifter for your bike. They come and all shapes and sizes for all kinds of brands and bikes. That's what I opted for on my previous bike my kawasaki z1000. As kawasaki is a bit behind on all the tech stuff you likely have to look for an aftermarket option. Stock it works really well, but after some finetuning on a healtech its amazing to ride with.
You say now, if you would have a naked bike you still would have a sport bike. Then you say you like the Street Triple. I guess your sport bike would be collecting dust while you riding the tyre slick on your STriple, especially if it's an RS.
@@TipToeBikers 07 gsxr 600. It's priced a bit high but that because of the modifications that have been done in the last two years. I've just fitted new rearsets and need to clean it and do a video.

good thing about right side riding is that we have culture of "LwG" which means "left up" so when bikers pass each other we rise up left hand and do imaginary high five. ( ̄︶ ̄)/

Stay true to Kawasaki lol ! I’ve only had Kwacka’s since I started riding in November 81 !!

😂😂 I didn't even notice, I rarely adjust the right one, it's the left one that goes loose from time to time 😆 and thank you!

Once I learnt to properly upshift and downshift without the clutch, I never looked back.
