I went to this shop for 3 layer PPF.
1. Work wise - good.
2. Price - ok. Not expensive not cheap.
Problem I faced:
They started the work and quoted the price 3250. The employee put the PPF additionally where they don’t put. I wasn’t aware too. Finally while billing, the owner said the employee put extra films without asking you or me. So instead of charging additional 250, I’ll charge 150.
First of all if this happens without customer and owner knowledge we shouldn’t charge the customer (I too run a different business)
Next, obviously while paying we’ll bargain. When we asked for a price, agreeing to it or not is up to the owner. But the attitude was very bad. He immediately told the employee to peel off the extra films he put and if he gives to the price I asked, he will be in loss etc.
this is not a good attitude towards customers. Again I too run a business, and I know what margin we keep. . I didn’t even speak any word to him after.
